The atmosphere is very good. The environment is the best. The staff is friendly. Every angle is beautiful to take pictures. But the shower head is broken. The sink doesn't drain. But it's perfect and the best. If I go back to Koh Chang, I will go back here.

ห้องชั้น3 หลังคารั่ว พนักงานที่ห้องอาหารตอนเช้าอายุมากหน่อยดูเหมือนฝืนๆ ที่จะยิ้มให้ส่วนอื่นน่ารักทุกคน ในส่วนโซนอื่นก็ถือว่าโอเค… ส่วนโซนเครื่องดื่มและร้านอาหารตรงชายหาดคือเก็บตังค์ทุกรอบที่สั่งทั้งๆที่เราอยู่โรงแรมนั้น ปรกติ โรงแรม5ดาวจะถามก่อนว่าจะให้รวมบิลตอนเช็คเอ้าท์หรือสะดวกจ่ายตอนนั้นเลย แต่คือเรายังต้องการที่จะดื่มต่อไหม? ควรเช็คบิลทีเดียวตอนขอเช็คเพราะเราพักที่นั่น เลยตัดสิใจไปดื่มแชะทานอาหารที่เซนทาราแทน พนักงานน่ารักกว่า การต้อนรับขับสู้ดีกว่าค่ะ

เราได้พักห้อง 232 แต่แอร์เสียงดังมากจนต้องแจ้งซ่อมถึง 2 ครั้ง พนักงานเปลี่ยนเป็นห้อง 88 Villa ให้แทน บรรยากาศอึมครึมโทนสีดำ ความรู้สึกคือไม่ได้จริงๆค่ะ ห้องน้ำตำแหน่งไม่ดี คือ อยู่บนหัวเตียงเลย ส่วนแอร์ห้องนี้คือร้อนเลยขนาดเปิด 20 องศา พนักงานใส่ใจให้บริการเต็ม 10 ค่ะ อย่างอื่นไม่แนะนำ

บรรยากาศส่วนตัวดีค่ะ แต่โดยส่วนตัวเป็นคนคาดหวังกับอาหารเช้ามาก รู้สึกไม่ว้าว!!! เฉยๆมาก ไป 24-25/4/64 แต่เจอฝนตลอดค่ะ
