Really pleasant stay

The view of Lyon on top of a holl was amazing to wake up to, dining on the patio or in the restarant also served amazing views of the Lyon country side. It is peaceful amd quiet retreat....

Breathtaking view on the terrace, the restaurant, the swimming pool and from the room. The room was very small but the view made up for it. St.-Cyr-au-Mont-d'Or was a very nice and quite area. Dinner was good at the hotel restaurant but breakfast was too pricy.

Great views across Lyon

The room had a faulty shower, lamp, and hairdryer so this was not a good start. After hours of traveling I was looking forward to a relaxing time but this was not received. I was also insulted by the waitress when I asked about the menu when she said if you want something more "basic like burger and chips" - maybe because I am English. I was actually hoping for a nice salad and something healthy - being put in that box was quite rude. The menu was very nice just not for me, whist I appreciate fine dining it was very limiting and not what I wanted that evening so went into the local area for a better atmosphere and found a lovely restaurant with music and kind staff. Nice cheese, wine and selection of local meats and salad. Cocktails and music. I spoke with the manager as I checked out and he said to email him!

Good condition hotel in overall. The internet wifi was very weak although the mobile signal was very limited nearby.

It is a great drive up to the top of the world outside Lyon but the voyage does not disappoint. Book for dinner in advance as it is popular. It was 34C on the day we arrived and the pool on the cliff was a miracle. Relax here before dinner and a night time gazing at the city lights in the distance below.

Great views but that’s pretty much it. The stay was okay, the room are a little bit outdated but the amenities (pool, pétanque) are great. Our biggest issue was the diner. Food there is a joke, overly expensive and just not good. The Chef need to be replaced asap!!!

this was ok part from heating and telephone was broken in the room (no landline telephone whatsoever) everytime we had to go down to say something (complaint for heating exct) there was no heater it was very cold after complaining they have provided electric small portable heater which was not sufficiant enough we do have the photos of the portable heater we can provide if need be

Room smelled a little moldy but was fine once we aired it out Very out of the way but cute hotel with great restaurant Room was good, we had to actively search for staff when we needed anything but they were friendly when we found them

Hotel was nice, great for 1 night. It is far from Lyon but you get a great view of the city. Parking is tough, small lot. Restaurant was good but not amazing. Hot tub and Pool had a great view as well.

This hotel is off the beaten path. It's up on a hill and overlooks Lyon. It has breathtaking views. There was only one staff member that spoke English which made it hard to order food and drinks. Dinner was delicious. The room was a good size and the bathroom was big. We just never got the warm fuzzy feeling there. We probably wouldn't stay there again.

Chambre et sde pas tres chaleureuses. Il fait froid dans les chambres avec une consigne à 23°. Raiseaux telephoniques et wifi tres faible
