Excellent property with character. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Marco at reception was very helpful. Onsite dining and breakfast is excellent.

We stayed at this resort for two nights and it was exactly what we needed in the middle of a busy trip. We booked one of their smart rooms and while a little small, they were clean, well-furnished, and the perfect size for two people. The grounds were nicely maintained, the views of Sorrento from the resort's garden were incredible, especially at night, and the pool was well-operated. We didn't get a chance to try the hotel's lunch or dinner service, but the breakfast was great and had a decent selection of offerings. Overall, an incredible value and we look forward to staying here again on our next trip to the area!

All good - pool great

Sopramare resort was beautiful and I loved how each “room” was like its own little hut. The down side is that it is not in sorrento which I didn’t realize when I booked so I guess that’s on me. BUT that mistake cost me a lot of money because they didn’t have great public transportation and had to take a 50 euro taxi ride from sorrento to the property. The pool was great because since we were not centrally located we just hung out there for the day. The first night in our room we did have a swarm of ants which was unappealing but the next night they were gone.

The location is convenient. The grounds are beautiful. Breakfast is delicious and the coffee is wonderful. Great swimming pool and spectacular views.

This is a beautiful resort on the hill top with great views and surroundings. Nice large, comfortable, air conditioned rooms. Swimming pool and cafe area were really nice. Restaurant for breakfast and dinner was really good. Nice that they had a shuttle bus down to the beach, but also walkable down to the marina. Definitely recommend.

Such a beautiful resort with stunning views overlooking the ocean. Huge pool with plenty of sun beds, very well maintained. Staff were friendly and the room was small but very comfortable. I would definitely come back here!

Clean basic room. Very cramped to get in and out of bed but apart from that it was okay.

I love this property and will stay there again when I travel to Italy next year. The restaurant food was great, the hosts were friendly, and the location is quiet and peaceful. I would have stayed an extra day if I had the opportunity.

Nice property, with beautiful views off the escarpment. Nice pool and restaurant. Rooms were dated and in need of upgrades, for example our main door wouldn’t open very well due to it binding on the floor. Drainage in our shower stall was slow, so there were concerns of water overflow into the washroom.

The bartender at the pool was always kind & helpful. The lady in the restaurant was kind & helpful. The people in the reception hut were rude and acted bothered we were even there.

This place cannot be called a resort. The rooms are ok, breakfast is a shame, just a couple options of food, the pool looks HORRIBLE, NOTHING like the pictures, poor service, a restaurant that just opens at night. Internet DOES NOT WORK! So I don’t understand how they classify themselves as a resort if they DO NOT have a resort structure. Plus they are absolutely OVERPRICED for the poor service they offer. We booked for 2 nights and ended up staying only 1 because of how depressing this place is. I requested a refund just for the night we did not stayed and they refused to return my money. They said it was their policy. I would be happy to agree with their policy IF they provided the service they advertised. But this place is a SCAM. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE. There are much more better places to stay and cheaper. We ended up going to Marad Hotel at Torre Del Greco and had a great time. Smaller hotel with much better service and rooms. So there are many options around. Don’t fall for that place. Just go somewhere else.

Great property. Easy to find and space is open. The standard double is small but brilliant when you don’t spend a lot of time in the room. Pool amazing and staff superb. A few minor issues with shower door and door frame but other than that, would recommend

Our stay was excellent, or room was lovely and clean, the restaurant served great food options at reasonable prices. All the staff were really friendly too. Highly recommended for those who dont like the busyness of hotels, this resort is much more laid back.

the location of the property is ideal as the compound is very spacious and scenic but it also benefits from a quiet and relaxing feel. The resort is next to a mountain and there are also great views of the port/ocean from the viewpoint. Piano di Sorrento is very well connected to Sorrento (can be reached via train - 2 stops, 5 mins). The train station is 10-15 mins by foot and otherwise, the hotel is able to arrange a shuttle to the station which costs around 4 euro per person. Beware that the last train leaves Sorrento at 10pm! We very much enjoyed relaxing at the pool. There is a poolside bar too, if you would like to order beverages/snacks. It’s honestly a perfect option if you’re looking for a mix of exploring and relaxing on your trip!
