The staff was unhelpful. The place was dirty and they didn't make any effort to keep up the breakfast. Just nothing left by 8:15.

I came for my granddaughter's graduation and on the day of the event there was no hot water in the hotel and i had to pack up and shower at a family members home. Very inconvenient for all of us. I was told $15 would be taken off my bill. Not happened yet.

Everything was good except the “breakfast” was a joke I think. They couldn’t possibly be serious. The room coffee was brown water as was coffee at “breakfast.” My suggestion just don’t bother at all with setting out brown water, bagels no cream cheese and tiny tiny poppy seed muffins. Just no. Otherwise it was standard.

The air conditioner leaked water on the carpet and it was soaked with a mildew smell. We had to switch rooms. The advertisement stated a real breakfast, but after I booked the room and was checked in, I inquired about the breakfast times,I was told they don't do breakfast anymore but only a small continental breakfast so they need to make that known.

You get what you pay for. The room smelled like a football locker room. The AC unit sounded like a late 80’s heavy metal band and it took forever to get cool in the room. The sheets felt as if something was crawling all over me. No ironing board. The iron also had a sticky film on it that stuck to my clothes. But the staff was extremely nice.

The check-in experience at Days Inn was less than ideal. The morning of my stay, I received a welcome message from Days Inn telling me to check-in ahead of time. I was also given the option to choose late checkout. At the end, I was charged $134. I thought this was the $100 deposit + late checkout. At check-in, I was told this was the actual charge for my stay. When I explained that I had already paid (through Hotels.com), the front desk agent said that all she could see what they rec'd $134. I asked if that was from hotels.com? She said she couldn't see any details. Basically, she was unable to help me. Well, I check today and I have not only the charge I paid with hotels.com, but I also have the charge from Days Inn. So...I paid for the room twice. Horrible experience.

The room was clean and beds comfortable. The chair in the the room was worn and needs to be replaced.(room 103). Staff was friendly.
