Best option to travel to Pague

Wonderful hotel super nice clean comfortable!!!!

This is a wonderfully elegant hotel. The room was spacious, with a luxurious large bathroom and hallway area with a walk-in closet. The dining room is lovely, and adjoins a charming dining courtyard detailed with vines, a fountain and plants. The dining room and other staff are wonderful and highly committed to customer service. The feel of the hotel is intimate and protected amid the bustle of the Mala Strana. It is well-located, situated below the Prague Castle and just 2 mins away from the Wallenstein/Senate gardens. I look forward to returning.

A 5-star hotel that missed a bit on service. Room was not ready when we arrived way past check-in time.

Lovely staff. Our TV and entertainment system did not work. They brought Apple TV into the room which solve that problem. However, of the two phones we had one had to be removed because it was beeping constantly and the other one did not work the entire time. To do anything like room service, ask for Bell anything I had to call on my cell phone which was really inconvenient. There were some apologies but no effort whatsoever to move our room or to upgrade or to simply deliver a fruit basket. It was really inconvenient and I did not think it lived up to a five star rating in any sense of the word. It was a bit conventional and not creative. The staff was lovely but didn't escalate any issues to management And sort of just apologized. Our other lovely hotels in Prague to stay at the four seasons and others and if you want five star service and accommodations I would check elsewhere

Great place and staff

Understated elegance and quality at the highest level. Hidden gem 2 minute walk from the famous Charles Bridge. Attentive staff with great attitudes. The bar is situated in a spectacular room with frescos on the vaulted ceiling. Perfection.

Beautiful sheer luxury

Walkable to the Prague Castle. Beautiful spacious rooms. Lovely & accommodating staff. Picked us up at the airport, dropped our daughter at her apartment for her study abroad program & gave wonderful suggestions of what to do! Stored our luggage as we continued our travels since we will be returning to the property before our return to the US. Made great dining suggestions as well! Loved the property & staff!

Great location, the rooms where perfect, food love it.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful and historic. It was in a great location to walk to all the other historical sites. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The beds and rooms were comfortable.

Staff are 10 Star, It’s a exceptional hotel with Warm and Friendly Staff who make you feel like family. Breakfast, food , Conceirge and room all to a exceptional standard.
