Our stay here was excellent. Staff was very polite and efficient. Check in and out quick. Room was very clean. Excellent beds. Free parking. Air conditioning was excellent. Close to a major highway. Morning offering of a snack was very nice as well. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Room was very spacious and very clean. Little to no amenities but that is not what we were looking for. Close to the QEW which is what we wanted as well. Beautifully kept grounds.

Everything was very clean. We forgot our child’s pillow and they were very nice to call us to let us know that we could come back and retrieve it. The staff was very nice.

Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Very nice staff also. They don’t have very many amenities. But for what it is. They slay it! Oh and a nice pond view from my room.

Clean and modern accommodations friendly staff and accommodated us when my wife lost her bracelet and the staff turned it in. So when we called they had the bracelet and we picked it up.

Very well-maintained, easy access off the freeway (Queen Elizabeth Way) in St. Catharine's. Due to the sound-proofed rooms was exceptionally quiet. Staff from check-in and cleaning maids was very friendly, helpful and gave some tips for things to see/do/travel in the area, including best way to go to Toronto using public transportation (the GO train from Burlington station) as was there for 2 nights to see a FIFA 2026 World Cup match there. They made sure my buddy (traveling from another city) and I had adjoining rooms when I called them to check on what amenities they have (and dont) prior to day of travel.

Great location and amazing customer service. Wonderful retreat for two and just a 20 minute drive to NOTL through wine country. Can’t go wrong booking this property.
