5 star facility, but 3 star service and F&B; we asked for a baby cot, but we were given an old worn out cot, worst, no mattress and some very overused rags covering the cot without mattress. F&B at breakfast was bare and basic, undeserving of 5-star status. Location not near subway and not very interesting environment, far from the city centre and Pudong airport.
