The Hotel its self had a nice entrance, descent rooms, bed super soft with a lump in the middle. Sink was leaking from under the sink. We did not feel like the front desk staff was attentive, and we had a language barrier. Our last day we had a nice lady that spoke English. We had just come from Rome and were completely spoiled with hospitality- we did not get that here. And since we felt uncomfortable with the area - it would have been nice to have some guidance on where to go. We did feel safe inside the hotel.

A wonderful 7 nights spent in a beautiful Italian palace turned into a fabulous hotel. The neighbourhood was a bit rough and devoid of nice restaurants but the Palazzo’ restaurant was wonderful. The staff were brilliant and friendly and helpful and we will definitely return

The rooms were not the best. The beds were terrible. Roberta was the only staff member who made the stay Somewhat tolerable.

The property is quite spectacular, though the neighborhood is somewhat rough (garbage, traffic, laundry, etc…) There was no hot water in the shower, and the hot tub was out of service. Dining on the property was a fantastic experience. The staff were of average friendliness — nothing remarkable, but not bad either.

Only stayed two nights, so didn't have time to explore the hotel. This place .is huge- like a palace with galleria, two courtyards, bar and a soa

staff is great, room was extremely basic. area around was safe at all. but naples isnt safe in general so it was relatively safer.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Located in the newer part of Naples close to shopping and restaurants.

The bed was uncomfortable, shower drain was very very slow .

Rooms were quite spacious, clean and modern. Two things that we really didn't like. 1- the air conditioner never reached a cold temperature. 2- the shower tub had mold growth on the corners and glass1

We have 2 rooms back side with no sunlight, windows has view of restaurant, covered by canopy. 3 days we come only for late sleep, feel sad when go in rooms , breakfast joke no potatoes , they bring check middle of breakfast force to sign , like I am running away. My fiancé came with me one day she not want breakfast they watching her are she having breakfast . Never recommend

I can’t help but commend the incredible staff at this hotel for making our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. When my daughter felt uneasy the first night, they went above and beyond by upgrading us to interconnecting rooms—an act of kindness that truly made a difference. Every member of the team was consistently helpful and attentive throughout our stay. A well-deserved five-star recommendation for their outstanding hospitality.

Does not have a pool despite a swimming pool being mentioned multiple times on the Expedia page. Annoyingly only just seen that someone else has talked about this in a review from December - and yet the page has still not been updated. Has a jacuzzi in their spa area which was closed when we were there. Room was large but not inviting - it felt in much need of work with chipped furniture, wardrobe doors coming off hinges and limescale covering all the bathroom fixtures. Air con wasn’t great. Not as luxurious as made out online. Common areas of hotel were quite nice but very business focused. Confusing layout with confusing signage, wasn’t that easy to find our room. Staff were polite. Not in a very nice area. As others have said, I would recommend skipping Naples altogether and heading straight to Sorrento/Amalfi coast/Capri. If a night in Naples is required then I would recommend a stay by the coast, in the area near Castel dell’Ovo, for a much more enjoyable experience.

I honestly cannot commend the staff more. The staff at the hotel is resourceful and cordial, especially Carmine, the receptionist,s and Alessandro, the busboy, but the overall experience was extremely disappointing. There is no WIFI in the rooms, I repeat no WIFI a common feature in most hotels now. We asked serveral times and always received the same response ,,,, "Let's see, we are working on it" etc. It seemed like a script that a corporation had told them to say whenever a guest complains about it. There is only WIFI in common areas. If you want WIFI don't stay at this hotel property. To make matters worse, there was a construction ( we have a video) all night long the first night we got there, and we were not able to sleep. The next day, they blamed the air conditioner. Not cool. Don't pay for the "balcony" as the view is basically the back of the building and not worth it. Hugely disappointed and would have preferred a refund and to stay somewhere else. The hotel does not have a pool as the images suggest and the features list. It was a small sauna that you have to pay additionally for. Very misleading. Exdpedia should adjust the features and images for this hotel because it does not match its claims. Again, If I could have gotten a refund I would have stayed somewhere else.

The hotel is very nice. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Hotel has a beautiful section for dining. We had breakfast included which was an amazing spread. Location is well suited for exploring the historical sites however we questioned whether it was safe for walking… Most of the staff was very helpful and friendly. My experience with the reception area wasn’t pleasant. Not so helpful at checkout, rude, seemed also impatient.
