Clean but the beds werent comfortable

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very nice and pleasant. I will definitely be staying there again

Very clean moder

I have stayed here before and this is a repeat stay. The room was clean and comfortable. There were no loud neighbors this time. So for clean, quiet, comfortable, top marks! I did take a star away, simply for the fact that there were some noticeable repairs or updates that need to be done, specifically to the bathroom area of the room. I could see the plumbing between the faucet and the wall. Also, it looked like maybe the wall was missing the baseboard of one of the short walls in the bathroom… there was a pretty sizable gap there. Those things don’t matter to me, but I counted them in because they may matter to someone else.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Checkout was fast.

Terrible parking Poor vision for hotel name I had to pull off the road and look up top of the building to see the sign Comfort Inn. I passed the hotel 3 times before the very small entrance off the very busy highway. Then I had to park off hotel property because there was no available parking. In all the hotel is in a bad location

Room was clean and comfortable, rate decent, breakfast good but there was hardly anybody at the front desk

Was very convenient for where we needed to be for wedding activities.Breakfast was great and everyone at the front desk was nice.

Doors slammed. Closet doors slammed. Toilet lids were loud. Extra grab bar in shower would be good. Hard to reach hot water heater without spelling. Only shredded foam pillows. Breakfast bar closed on the nose at 9:30am. Adequate, but nothing outstanding.

2-3 star hotel with a great staff. Everyone was professional and friendly, the building could use a real deep cleaning. Breakfast was free so no complaints.

Clean. It was as expected - Perfect for a quick place to stay to get into Charleston the next day. Included breakfast which was nice for a family of 4.

Pleasant location, pleasant room, great stay!

Basic property. Served its purpose. Not far from attractions but had to drive to everything. Right off the highway convenience
