Perfect location. The apartment is beautiful with all you need & even more. Receptionist super professional and kind. The guy who attended me on the phone when I called for"after hours check in"was totally disrespectful. He mocked and yelled at me don't know why. Desserves to be fired, useless employee. Despite that, 10/10.

Spacious and comfortable studios, in a good location near port of Airlie. You can walk in 10-15 min to the Center. The rooms are not the newest but they are clean, comfortable and good value for money. There are communal washing machines free to use which is a plus. However: there is no housekeeping, change of bedsheets/towels or anything like that. It comes with an extra fee and upon request only. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from neighbouring rooms. Not great when there are loud children. You're supposed to dispose of your rubbish yourself upon check out. Doors do not lock from the inside. A member of the staff wrongly entered our room without knocking or anything, whilst we were inside in the morning.
