Our stay was unfortunately less enjoyable due to the receptionist . The woman had zero care factor and very poor people skills.. Initial instructions were ridiculous. Failed to mention that room needed to be accessed by two different lift levels and was also in another building. Only divulged this information after I rang twice trying to find the room. Added to this our other guest arrived and need to park car in the garage. Once again instructions useless and also failed to mention that she needed another remote control on a seperate set of keys. Day of leaving water and electricity was off due to outages. Our friend with the car asked for some assistance to her car due to no lifts and garages not working. The receptionist scoffed and responded with “you’re kidding”. How unfortunate that such a lovely place to stay will turn clientele away due to her very poor people skills. Residents that live there that were very willing to help also confirmed what we thought about reception and they often have to help people that look lost there. Will not stay there again only because of the Staff response.

Do not stay here…. We have stayed twice before and it has been great, but currently tram night works going on and construction going on opposite,(only just starting, months to go) The noise is constant . Stay away at all cost, I’d cancel booking if able too

HORRENDOUS. Terrible service. Reception rude. Such a disappointment. Room was very below the standard they describe on their website - shower broken. Quote from Swell Resorts website - "you’ll discover a comfortable retreat where you can relax, play and unwind in style." It was far from comfortable. Impossible to relax and unwind with constant roadworks and construction out the front of the resort which went all day and night with no acknowledgment from the resort staff. Felt disrespected and lied to by the staff members. Would strongly NOT recommend to anyone.

Horrible. Stay away. People that live there are absolutely rude kept getting up our kids for swimming. Took 10 mins to find our car park it's like a storage center in the basement and a maze and about 15 mins to find the room. Would never return or recommend.
