Everything was good

Clean room, friendly front desk staff.

From the room, to the staff, to the facility has a hole, everything was fantastic!

System was down and the nice lady how to manually check everyone in.

The very handsome dashing well dressing in at the front desk was lovely after a long exhausting car ride

This is our second trip to Covington and we will not stay anywhere else when we come back. Daniel and Rebecca are so nice and the entire staff goes out of their way to accommodate. The hotel is clean, the breakfast is great. Thank you!

Clean room. Staff was very friendly. Great location conveniently located.

Overall it was a nice stay. My only take away was that I had trouble sleeping just because the beds very super soft.

The hotel room needs some maintenance but the staff people balance it out. What an awesome team. Every single one will say hi and treat you like they know you. I love it

Everyone was great, friendly and very helpful. Our room was very nice, totally clean. A really big. The outside pool was nice, breakfast was awesome. I would definitely stay again.

The staff was very friendly. The room is nice, clean, and spacious.

I love the fact they’re pet friendly with area for them but don’t stop you from allowing your pets to walk freely on their leash. I will definitely stay there again.

Worst bed I have had in a hotel. Very worn out/sagging. Pillows were thin and small.
