The hotel is very clean. The rooms were very clean as well. The coffee and tea stand in the lobby was perfect in the lobby lounge area!

The hotel is in a great location. We stayed in a room with a beautiful mountain view, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Rooms on the other side may not have as attractive a view, as they face another hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained when we checked in. The hotel also provides bicycles, which is very convenient for exploring the nearby area. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed our experience. I would recommend this hotel, especially if you can get a room with a mountain view.

Room is nicely kept. Parking was easy. Staff were very helpful when the washing machine stopped working. Older hotel, but nice views of the mountains

Property is dated but functional. Room is small. Air conditioning unit is blowing straight onto the bed making it unconfortable to sleep with the AC on. We could not direct the flow upwards.

Room not clean... DONT ACCEPT ROOM 421! elevator noise all night long and people waiting for elevator were loud until 2am. Would never recommend this hotel. Almost left in the middle of the night. Horrible!

There is some construction happening around the property when we visited. The overall experience was really good. I had called in for an early check in but did not get that. Evening Wine Social was really nice. This is a good location.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We appreciated the ‘wine down’ and free bike hire.

The wine and cheese were very well handled at the end of the day.

The room itself was good. The outside of the building needs refurbishing.

Our bedroom was really clean and beds were very comfortable! We loved the main foyer/ seating area. Very comfortable to hang out in. Wine and snacks upon check in was a superb touch!
