Everything was great. The room had a full kitchen which would be great if staying longer, great views and fantastic water pressure. Alexandra on the front desk was fantastic.

Wonderful stay- loved the extra little touches like the Tim tam on arrival.

Very central but would ask for park side apartment as it would be quieter. Staff were friendly and the facilities good. Would stay again when visiting Ipswich.

Air conditioner in the main bedroom rattled all night, and the lounge room air conditioner didn’t seem to work. Facilities - the pool is heated and was lovely. The spa next to the pool- the heat pump was told to be problem- no sign but another resident advised. The gym was good- but again

Fabulous service and quality rooms.

No extra blankets. Bed didn't have a flat sheet... for what we paid to stay, it's not unreasonable to expect a higher standard

Coal trains across the road every hour all night. I noticed others mentioned but ignored the warning. Staff very good and room very clean

Property was clean, spacious, modern and close to town. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful.

For the price changed per room, given its situated behind the train station, its not value for money. Towels are not replaced, no pool towels so you need to take a trip to reception to get fresh towels each time

Great location

Should advise that East St is on other side of railway as well. Reception very helpful to me. Steakhouse was good. Did not realise that we were going to hear trains all night, all good though as we are not precious and enjoyed watching the coal trains while we were sitting on balcony but prefer not to hear during the night.
