Our chalet is wonderful - clean, well equipped, warm, very comfy beds. Managers Freddie and Linda have been extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Fabulous gym and pool, sauana and steam room on site. All done superbly.

Our place was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was in a beautiful location in Les Houches with nearby forested walking trails. Although we weren't there during the ski season, it's super close to the lifts and I'd definitely go back and stay here to go skiing. The bus and train stops are withing walking distance. The staff are welcoming and the hotel has a beautiful spa. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay in Les Houches.

Everything was absolutely perfect, it was everything we had hoped for for our first alps ski holiday. The whole place is very clean and beautifully designed. The chalet was warm and comfortable and had everything we needed for self catering and it was literally only a 5 minute walk to the main ski lift in Les Houches (Prarion). And after a day of skiing, coming back and storing all our ski equipment in a dry room, with private lock up and then heading to the sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and pool was the cherry on the cake for making it a perfect stay.

Would be perfect if there was air conditioning

Nice location, good amenities and friendly staff. The need to complete an inventory was a bit excessive, also nothing at all in the apartment except for one loo roll. Would expect at least salt and pepper, milk etc to start you off.

Fantastic week stay. Perfect facilities, close to slopes (10 min walk) with a lovely spa (pool, Sauna, steam room etc). Check in simple and friendly staff. Yes you need to complete an itinerary of things in your room but only takes a few minutes. Yes you have to empty bins and ensure room is tidy upon checkout but not much of an ask. You can order fresh bread & pastries each night to be delivered by 8am. We loved our stay and will be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in one of these apartments, and the skiing too. Usually very quiet at this time of year, Les Houches was one of the few ski resorts open during the week because of the bad conditions elsewhere, but despite the influx of people from other, closed, resorts, we were still able to enjoy our time here and we loved the onsite facilities too.

The chalet is nice but the hotel does not take out your rubbish. You have to take your own rubbish down the road in order to dispose of it. That is rather unusual for a 4 star hotel. They didn't provide additional towels to use at the pool. There were insufficient toiletries for 4 people.

Very comfortable self catering appartment with a lovely swimming pool on site.

Had an Excellent weekend break in les houches. Receptionist was very friendly on arrival. Great Spa Facilities with sauna and a steam room.

Upgraded to larger room as we needed twin beds which the smaller room do not have. Later room was a duplex and much more space. Definately worth going that extra bit

Overall very good. During high season you need the parking place underground.

We had a lovely break at Le Hameau. Most impressed with the 'feel' of the place. Nice helpful staff, and great facilities too.

The maner of The Personell at the lobby was Very Rude They Asked Us To Pay For some Stupid City Tax We were Forced To Leave The rooms At 10:00 AM In the Morning And Forced To wait In The Lobby Area To Wait For Our Airplane.
