We went for a family trip of 9 people, the rooms where good, clean and comfortable. Service was good. But unfortunately the Food was very average and costly. If they improve their food, this resort will be at the top.

Combination of this hotel and Expedia. Booking is a nightmare , booking is never confirmed even after we get the confirmation voucher and taken to other cheap unoccupied hotels and finally will have to pay by cash at the time of check out , it was the worst experience ever had .

Its complete value for money. Its just our Night stay, so, we have compromised. The CRT TV spoiled the look in the Room and too many night insects around the room, not sure how this hotel will manage and get away from that. The price by Hotels.com and service is Best there. Its 100% recommend for budget and a overnight stay.

This hotel is good only if you plan a quiet holiday and have your own transport. Meals are reasonable but nothing to shout about. Far from town so plan accordingly.

A statement rightly said what appears beautiful outside happens not to be same the other way. Well courteous staff though not professorial are sweet and good to talk. It would have not happen to anybody that you had to change your room 4 times within 15 hours of your stay. The food ordered takes strictly 45 mins, and to our surprise alo-gobi was served with gravi. Well to end I would say "a good property with bad maintenance".

Deluxe room is very small/compact. Nice stay. Good and helpful staff. About 12 Kms from Munnar town. Basic necessities ( especially when travelling with Infant ) can be reached in 2-3 kms ( place called Anachal - commute easily available ). Breakfast was good - south indian style, changes everyday.

The rooms though are comfort feels discomfort due to very bad service. No South Indian food even upon request. No good food. Only breakfast was considerably good. The location is far from Munnar to explore. Not a great location as it looked in the photos updated. Better to look for a stay near to Munnar to explore well...

We are a retired American couple with some prior experience at all levels of hotels in India. This beautiful place, with diverse sizes and views in the rooms, has a perfect location and attentive, considerate staff. The owner/manager is on his toes at all times, attempting to meet the needs and wishes of all guests. Breakfast included, all meals are available; food choices somewhat limited in number, but of very high quality, Indian and Keralese specialties with every effort made to please American wishes. Dining room is small, cozy, friendly; room service available. Wi-fi is available but could not handle my MAC computer; this problem should be solved (all over India) soon. Manager can handle local tour arrangements (tea plantations, Kathakali Dancers, day and hourly taxis, etc.) Discuss which room you want before reserving; the sizes, views, conveniences vary. Particularly caters to "honeymooners" .

I found the staff people very simple and sincere, which is what one expects to be as is when one is in Kerela. But I am not sure, how they would be able to manage more people, because when I visited, me along with my wife, had only 2 other couples and things were easily managable. Overall, a very nice place, especially would remember, the staff person (Sonu), himself showing the small spice garden they have up the hill, with cardamom, spices, cashew trees and bushed all around. The hotel is outside the city perimeter, but good in all senses. Must See sights: As per the Winter Season Ernakulum National Park - morning-afternoon, don't expect the big things, but a lot of mountain goats (only animal there, no other animals), but visit the place to trek... walk along the valley roads to enjoy... with your partner Flowers Santuary - visit mid afternoon Dam - don't remember the name of the dam - visit evening As per the Summer Season Dam - visit in the morning to enjoy the most of it, have breakfast at end other end of the dam, where they have a local market as well Flowers Santuary - visit mid afternoon Ernakulum National Park - visit in the evening to avoid yourslef from the scorching sun.. Cheers
