Couldn’t find our reservation even though I had it and showed it on the app and my email confirmation. Told us to leave and come back later maybe in a few hours it would come through their system.

Staff was very friendly and our room was very clean. My husband especially loved that he was able to watch the game on ESPN, which is something most hotels do not have as a standard amenity.

Quick overnight stay for a flight. Room was nice and very clean. There was a nice restaurant/bar within walking distance. Good price.

I stayed at the Sonesta Essential in Plainfield (Indianapolis area) for 4 nights, and unfortunately the experience was very poor. During my entire stay, my room was never cleaned, not even once. No housekeeping service, no trash removal, nothing. In addition, the hotel repeatedly used the common areas and breakfast area to conduct staff meetings, trainings, and even meetings with contractors. This created constant disruptions and made the shared spaces uncomfortable and unwelcoming for guests. To make matters worse, the smell of strong cleaning chemicals in the hallway outside my room was overwhelming and lingered for long periods, to the point of being unpleasant. Overall, this did not meet the standards I expect or from a hotel at this price point. Based on my experience, I do not recommend staying here.
