A very comfortable stay in a clean and well presented room. Off site parking was very close, but secure. I will return !

Good location, safe and walkable. Our room had non functioning hair dryer and barely functioning phone. It took 4 requests and 24 hours to have hair dryer replaced (which seems ridiculous !) and phone never addressed. I wish they provided breakfast or discount at nearby restaurant. Fruit bowl and coffee/tea isn’t good enough.

Great location with lots of restaurants nearby. Room was spacious and clean. Bed very comfortable and pillows and sheets of a good quality. Washroom was spacious and clean. Floor was a bit creepy and some traffic noise from the street. Overall very nice hotel and staff were great.

Great hotel! Good location in the downtown core. The room was very spacious, clean, and tidy. The staff were always super helpful and polite. Parking for guests is off-site but its secure and safe.

The hotel is quaint clean, and the staff exceptionally friendly. We have stayed here before and we will stay here again.

Great location

Safe, walkable location. Twelve minute walk toVictoria harbour water taxi. No restaurant and no breakfast (fruit and coffee/tea provided in am only. ) Beds great, towels well worn and small. Rooms with 2 beds are very very small! No where to set suitcase and no where to sit except bed. Staff friendly and helpful. Secure building and elevator.

I booked a Queen suite for a weekend. I was upgraded to a King Suite and it was fabulous. The suite was super spacious and the decor was beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful and the location was fantastic. My only big complaint is that I had trouble using the wifi the entire weekend. The staff tried to help out but in the end wifi access did not function for most of the weekend. Thankfully I did not absolutely need to work. This hotel only has one elevator and we were on the top floor. The morning we were leaving it was not functioning which left us taking heavy bags down eight flights of stairs. The staff was very apologetic.

Such a great location and beautiful historic building. Our room was very spacious and had amazing character. I loved the complimentary coffee and fruit in the mornings, it was a very nice touch.

Nice quiet room. Most hotels and stores don't have parking because the city made every space a pay to park space. That's not the hotels fault. We just didn't know about it. No breakfast except apple or orange but room was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Nice boutique hotel with clean, well kept rooms. The staff were friendly and accommodating. It is in a good location being a 10 minute walk from downtown and on the main bus line for the ferry and Buchart Gardens.

Enjoyed our stay especially since we had our dog with us they provided a mat, dog bowl and treats. Helpful to have an air conditioned room in the summer months unlike other places I have stayed at in Victoria. I was really impressed by how big the bathroom was! Staff were pleasant. Never made it down for the free coffee and fruits for breakfast but I am sure it was decent as well. The Rialto cookies were yummy!! :) Would definitely stay here again. The only one con was that the secured parkade was a little expensive around $26/night if I remember correctly. There is a free one but it apparently it fills up quickly.

The staff were super helpful, the hotel and room were very nice. The location is ideal as well, you’re only a short walk from lots of victorias major attractions!
