Room amenities are great love the cookies and decent espresso in room.

Such a pretty hotel! However my only feedback would be if a room is on the main street the windows desperately need to be replaced. They are so think i thought several times our windows were open. Made for a tough night of sleep. I would come back if not for that.

We really enjoyed our stay! The staff were very friendly, helpful, and gracious. We felt very at home I particularly loved the special treats left for us to enjoy.The Occitan bath products, were also lovely and made our room smell so nice! Thank you all for making our anniversary extra special!!

Had a great stay here and booked this place due to proximity of downtown. Room was very big and coffee maker was a great bonus. Everyone was super friendly and very helpful through out. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing staff, very helpful and accommodating with early and late checkouts, holding bags outside of our stay so we could explore the city. We changed our hotel on our return trip just to stay here again for one night.

Staff were very friendly and efficient. They had fresh fruit and coffee in the morning. The overall cleanliness was pretty good, but the rooms were pretty beat up with marks on the walls and the baseboards and the carpet seemed a little dirty. The hotel is located right downtown Victoria and there were a lot of questionable characters around. We parked out front because the hotel parking was full. Unfortunately, our truck was vandalized.

Location was decent. Close to China Town. No parking in the main lot, so parked in the Centennial square Parkade. Cheap and quick walk. Rooms were adequate, but nothing to write home about. Shower in the room took forever to get hot water. A good place to stay if you just need somewhere to sleep. Clean and pretty quiet.

A lovely historic hotel in a great central location. A beautiful bar is attached to the property. Underground parking is across the street for an extra fee. The room was spacious and clean. Nice Lavazza coffee in room. There is the typical street & late night noise you would expect in a busy downtown location.

Gym was very nice had lots of equipment not far from hotel. Parking was very secure. 24 hour card access to hotel was nice. Staff was really nice and helpful

Greeted by friendly and proficient front desk staff. Early check in was accommodated. Room was well presented and functioning air conditioning/heat thermostat. The lobby bar and restaurant are worthy of a visit and with a wide selection of beverages and menu tastes. Note that the restaurant is seperate and unable to charge dining to your room.

Beautiful heritage building, heated bathroom flooring, excellent view, great staff interactions, right down to the maintenance/laundry crew. Robes, cookies and san pellegrino were a nice touch. The location can't be beat for walkable downtown access. Comfy beds, chromecasts in all rooms.

If we could rate the staff higher than 5 stars we would! They were all very polite and professional, kind and caring. Lovely old hotel with a nice lounge for a night cap. Extremely comfortable beds and lovely linens. Really enjoyed our stay. Side note, busy location, bring your noise canceling headphones.
