Very good hotel, polite staff, very clean bathroom

Spacious comfortable room and bath. Good Buffet breakfast spread. Easy checkin and checkout. Friendly, responsive and courteous service staff. Good amenities.

Everything was outstanding. I especially appreciated Chef Ritesh. His lamb chops were amazing! I will stay at the Westin every time I visit Pune. Thank you, -Craig

Very attentive staff

One of my worst stays in any westin property

All was ok.

This was my second time staying at this hotel and the front desk staff and concierge service is excellent. The bed was incredibly soft and other people on the trip said the same thing about the bed. The breakfast buffet was over the top good. The service at the bar on the property was the only thing that was off, everything else was excellent.

Short stay but an absolute delight with the best customer service and comfort. I know it’s a brand focus but the bed is the best that you’ll find.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The hospitality at The Westin Pune was unparalleled compared with other places where i have stayed in past. The on-prem restaurants were great, specifically the breakfast served with soo many food options. In room services were prompt. The service staff deligently kept the room clean without having to ask for it. The room size was surprisingly bigger and well maintained. While checking out I had requested to extend the check-out time by couple hours as my flight was latter in the night. The service staff promptly agreed to this request even though it was pick time when lot of guests where checking in. Would definitely recommend if anyone who wants excellent stay without any hassle.

When I got into my room, there were peanuts under the bed, meaning the room was not thoroughly cleaned. During my second night, there was a leak from the roof onto my bathroom floor due to the AC unit. To be clear, the staff was super helpful and the issue was resolved swiftly. However, I would've expected to be offered a different room. In general the stay was really good and the staff made all the difference.

2nd time staying there and unfortunately both times for work. Didn’t fully enjoy the hotel facilities. The room was a relaxing respite after a long day of work - highly recommended for business travellers!

Very nice hotel with great staff. I found it to be the best amongst all the 5 star hotels in Pune. Beds are slightly old.

The staff was amazing and I want to explicitly give a shoutout to Shawn who works in the "Market" restaurant. He was amazing, friendly and took extremely good care of us.

I have had most of the hotel staff agree that there were multiple goof ups during my stay; condition of the property is very bad. Please avoid this property. I feel cheated by Marriott for this stay. Would have been more comfortable in a railway lodge I feel.

It was my first experience in any Hotel in last 25 years since I started travelling, Westin staff in Pune is very friendly and very good welcome gesture, specially I would mention Ms. Kashmira for providing us refreshing drinks, realizing that after hectic day we were very tired. I would like to thank all Hotel reception staff, including Mr. Pradeep at a time of Checkout.

Check in executive seemed to be a fresher and not very professional. Courtesy was lacking from the majority of the staff. Wash basin was in a pathetic end of life condition. Breakfast didn't have fresh orange juice. One of the staff members rudely asked to put on the mask even while going to take food from the buffet in the restaurant. How is that practical! Keep the hotel shut if you are so concerned about Covid that you will provide instructions to paying guests on how to walk around a buffet!
