Really friendly and helpful staff

As usual The Bears Paw didn’t disappoint. Lovely staff, food and drink. The only down side this time as we stayed in a standard room was, it could do with a face lift.

A wonderful stay in a fantastic room. We've stayed here before, we will be back. Everything about this little gem of a place is spot on. Spacious, comfortable room - spotless! Delicious breakfast. Quiet countryside location, but close to the M6. Great evening meal served by a first class and very sociable waitress. Absolutely no negatives at all.

Kayley was so lovely - as were all staff. The friendliness shines throughout the property and makes for a very relaxed, comfortable stay. All meals taken were exceptional and a big shout out to the cleaners - our room was immaculate! Dog friendly and dog loving staff too. Exceptional quality and would rebook in a heartbeat.

The room stank of grease from the kitchen, the furnishings looked tired in the bedroom, we had a table booked at 19.30 and received are main course at 21.00 ,

The room was perfect. The front of house staff were always polite, incredibly helpful, and incredibly accommodating to our needs and wants. The food throughout the stay was fantastic. No hesitation in recommending the establishment and all it has to offer

Great staff. Nice rooms. Nice food. The best thing is the friendliness of all the staff - Sunny, “nothings too much trouble” attitude. And to cap it all, my dogs were treated with real affection.

The stay we had at The Bears Paw was perfect, rooms clean, food amazing, staff so friendly. We brought our dog, Paddington with us and the staff made him feel so welcome and he was even given a little gift on arrival and a sausage at breakfast. We had found this hotel on the off chance as we had come up to get some work done on our camper van! What a gem of a find! X Beautiful, cosy, clean, friendly hotel! We will definitely be returning. Easy check in and room and food was fantastic

First time stayed here accidentally found to stay for a night after Indonesian Christmas party local to the hotel. I and my husband were amazed on how the big room is and the amenities for the price. I love it and we lock it to our favourite hotel lists to revisit next year. Thank you
