After the initial nine hours, when I realized that there was no security for my passport, credit cards, cash and computer, I left the hotel and never returned. Therefore, this visit (which I added and paid for before arriving in Fortaleza) actually never happened. The first visit was for the dates of January 4-7, 2020, which barely happened, and this one was for the dates of January 7-9, 2020, when I had no reason to return there, as the service was beyond unacceptable.

I paid for three days from January 4, 2020 to the morning of the seventh, but because I had a night flight from Rio de Janeiro, I actually arrived at 3:00 am on January 5. And because I had not yet seen the conditions of the place, I also booked and paid for two more days, as I was leaving on the 9th. When I checked in and went to my room I found that the old-style safe was missing the part with the key; therefore, it was not safe to leave my passport, credit cards, computer, cash, etc.

Receptionists very rude. Never reply when I SAY GOOD MORNING. Recepcionistas mal educadas com cara feia.

Felt like a 'family' run hotel: friendly, amenable, comforting; Pool modest size but good access and quiet, Breakfast good access times, and plentiful, good selection of fruits especially; Rooms spacious, air-conditioned, with en-suite bathroom

The hotel is fine for the price and it's close to the beach. Not very much going on beside that. It's old, but they were remodeling while we were there. The rooms are HUGE and very well lit.

A ESTADIA FOI RAZOAVEL. QUARTOS ATÉ BEM ESPAÇOSOS E ÓTIMA LOCALIZAÇÃO, PORÉM TIVEMOS QUE PEDIR A TROCA POR OUTRO PORQUE HAVIA UM CHEIRO FORTE DE TINTA. NO ENTANTO, A TORNEIRA DO CHUVEIRO DO SEGUNDO QUARTO ESTAVA DANDO CHOQUE AO MANTER A TEMPERATURA DA ÁGUA AQUECIDA; E A TORNEIRA DO PIA ESTAVA QUASE SOLTA. OBS: COMO A DIVERSIDADE DE HÓSPEDES É GRANDE, SERIA INTERESSANTE O HOTEL PROVIDENCIAR PLACAS DE "SILENCIO" NOS CORREDORES, POIS MUITOS FAZEM MUITO BARULHO AO TRANSITAR NAS PROXIMIDADES DOS QUARTOS.

Funcionários excelentes porém hotel velho,cama ruim,tv ruim,cheiro de esgoto vindo dos ralos, cheiro de tinta bem forte nos quartos, hotel precisa de uma reforma URGENTE.

Instalações mal conservada o Ar condicionado com vazamento chegou a molhar minha mala com as roupas.O hotel mandou lavar as roupas que foram molhadas

O hotel deixa a desejar em suas instalações, pois são mal conservadas, porém, a equipe de funcionários é maravilhosa, todos atenciosos, sem excessão, o que tornou a estadia de duas semanas muito boa. Quanto ao café da manhã é maravilhoso, sendo farta e de boa qualidade. A localização também é muito boa.
