It was a great room and the town was beautiful

Beautiful hotel right on the main square of Cesky Krumlov. Literally everything is no more than a 10 minute walk. We visited the city in late March, just before the tourist season really kicks off on 1Apr, so there were not as many restaurants or shops open. We still managed to have delicious meals and spend too much money while there! Don't miss the chocolate shop on the square opposite the hotel. The hotel staff were lovely, especially Michaela, who came to pick us up at the offsite parking location. The breakfast buffet was great, but the space is small and was warm when we visited. Stay here--you won't regret it for a moment!

In the center, the rental car without car ID approval is not allowed to drive over the bridge as passenger zone, so need to park outside.

Breakfast excellent. Driver to the train station gets a very high rating.

We arrived relatively late in town around Christmas time. Unfortunately, our first room was not what we had requested and had a major issue: the breakfast kitchen ventilation was venting directly into our room. We were woken up around 6:00 a.m. by a very strong bacon and sausage smell, which made the room uncomfortable. To the hotel’s credit, the situation was resolved the next day and we were moved to a different room that was significantly better. The difference between the two rooms was significant, both in the same main building . The location, however, is excellent—just off the Main Square and right next to the Christmas market, which was incredibly convenient and festive. The hotel is also located along a charming winter alley, which added a really nice holiday atmosphere. Once the room issue was resolved, we truly enjoyed our stay and our time in this beautiful little town.

Great customer service!

We spent one night at the Hotel Grand. We had a great stay all around. Cesky Krumlov is beautiful and the hotel is in an excellent location. The breakfast was fantastic and they even provided a free ride to the bus station when we checked out.

Perfect location. Could not figure out how to work the fan so room was a bit hot. Otherwise completely comfortable and would stay again.

It was really good .. the breakfast was excellent.. the staff also very cooperative as we got help in bringing our bags up and down .

We had a lovely time to stay, nice dinner with great service, breakfast is good selection but hot food is not hot.

Wifi and breakfast were great. Newly renovated bathroom was the best part of the room. The room was small. Queen bed, bed sheets were comfortable. VIP pickup from a parking lot helped a lot because to bring the luggage to the hotel would be difficult.

This hotel is located in a very convenient location with walking distance around 10 minutes to main tourist locations. Very nice and highly recommended
