Excellent stay

My son and I stayed at Hotel Venue Lodge for a week of skiing during the Easter holidays. The hotel is conveniently located within Val d’Isere, with easy access to the slopes a short walk away. There’s plenty of dining options close by, with other amenities easily accessible. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean, with housekeeping maintaining it everyday. There’s a nice restaurant and bar, with live music on Friday nights. The staff are attentive and helped with all of our requirements. The hotel offers a luxury spa, including pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. The ski shop is located inside the hotel is ideal and there’s plenty of space for ski and boot storage. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone considering a ski holiday in Val d’Isere

The aircon can’t be turned off leading to extremely dry air. Also need to be aware of the noise from people returning from clubs, as the hotel overlooks the central areas

Very nice boutique hotel with a modern decor. Breakfast/ food options were excellent. The spa was nice. Location is pretty good, with only a slight walk to the ski lifts. The ski rental and storage directly in the hotel was great.

I have stayed here before and loved it. Service continues to be very friendly, breakfast is good, location is great. I had a room with two single beds stuck together with no comforter on top which was not ideal, the shower tended to flood the whole bathroom floor and I didn't have proper hot water my last 2 days so a slightly less stellar experience this time around.

Germain is my man, the best service ever!!! Seriously, anything even remotely possible for him to help, he would be straight on it and taking notes! I am used to Pashmina at Val thorens, this is a very similar type of service and quality, for Val Disere it is your best choice. Make sure to ask for a balcony when you reserve the room

Central location with good sized rooms and large welcoming bar seating area. Excellent spa and ski hire facilities and good restaurant. All the staff were really welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend and go again.

Modern, stylish, great restaurant.

Great few days in the Alps. The hotel was wonderful in every way in particular the spa at the end of a long day of skiing. All the staff were fantastic, nothing was too much without being in your face and overbearing.

Excellent stay with really lovely staff. Only downside would be is that as it’s on the Main Street, it is very noisy at night (obviously not within the control of the hotel)

The property is in a great location. All the staff were exceptional. Having a ski locker and hire shop in the hotel is a great advantage and makes it so easy to hire and return skis etc. All the staff were so friendly. Could not fault it.
