This place is very nice. The staff is extremely kind and all of them seemed genuinely happy. The food was some of the best I have ever had. To put more perspective, we ate at a Michelin star restaurant in Amsterdam a few days before arriving in Morrocco. The chef at the Riad Dar Alfarah could easily hold her own against a Michelin star chef, it was that good. We ordered the Lamb and the Moroccan Pastilla.

Beautiful property, with very friendly and helpful staff.

The staff was smiling and welcoming, they did their best to make us feel comfortable. But I had called beforehand to shorten my stay which was confirmed on the phone and at check-in. Nevertheless, the manager managed to steal 5 nights by saying he had no idea. Hotels.com was helpless. I am truly disgusted and can only advise to avoid this place because of their dishonesty. That was not acceptable and left a very bitter taste about Morocco, Marrakech and Hotels.com.

I have been to Marrakesh 5 times and this was by far the best visit mostly because of this Riad. Not only was it excellent value for money for the luxury of the place, room and breakfast but the service was second to none. Mohammad was the best host and we felt like we were staying at his home rather than a multi-bedroom Riad.

This Riad was just perfect for our stay! The location is ideal as it is just outside the hustle and bustle meaning it is quiet and very relaxing whilst inside the Riad but only a short walking distance to the markets etc. The Riad itself is spotlessly clean and the service which we received from Khalid and Yasmin (sorry if spellings are wrong!) was brilliant, nothing was ever too much. Would highly recommend and definitely stay there again.

Riad Dar Alfarah is an absolute GEM! Perfectly located in the Medina (old city) areand and in walking distance from most tourist attractions. It's also very easy to get to as it's not too hidden as some other Riads are. The staff is super friendly, helpful and accommodating. Greated us with amazing mint tea on arrival and the manager Mohamed offered great advice and local information. Our room was spacious, clean (daily) and very charismatic. The pool and rooftop areas were also gorgeous and very relaxing! The riad definitely made our stay amazing! Highly recommending this amazing place, transporting you away from the busy streets of Marrakech.

Mohammed and team are very nice and helpful. The Riad is in a quieter location which is great and takes 10 to 15 minutes to walk to the DJemaa El Fna Sq. There are other nearer squares and restaurants within a 5 minute walk where it is more quiet and nice. Mohammed helped us arrange a taxi to the Majorelle and Menara gardens. Nothing felt too much hassle. Breakfast was very good. Rooms very nice and spacious. We had a suite for a family of 4 (2 teenagers). Only thing I would say is that the cleaning of the bathroom could be better and perhaps little things like a bottle of water every day would make a difference but that would still not stop us from highly recommending the Riad.

Mohammed and Khalid are really nice staff members. The atmosphere is amazing with the indoor pool. Really good location, as it is a 10 to 15 minute walk to the main square and souks. Loved the air con machine after a lot of walking in the souks.

Wonderful, traditional Riad, in a fantastic location. Just a couple of minutes from the Badi palace and Saadian tombs. We had an amazing visit and fell in love with Marrakech. We loved our Riad and cannot fault the service of the staff who could not do enough for us. We were absolutely thrilled with Mohammed and his team and would not hesitate to recommend the Riad Dar Alfarah to others. Impressed too, by the Expedia staff. Great place to stay perfect location , staff it’s oncredible nice and helpful, the location it’s perfect walking distance to most attraction. The style and standards it’s high, the breakfast is good and if you decide to have dinner one of your night will be a good one also we request a airport transfer as we’re late flight and all work great and they reply as soon I request.
