Big room. Not very clean but average. Make sure to get there early. We got there late and had a though time getting in since we only speak English and we couldn’t communicate by intercom. The security guard finally came and set us up. Nice city. Great place to stay

Athmos is lovely hotel right in the middle of the city but also very quiet. A great location to visit all of the great culture La Chaux-de-Fonds has to offer. We highly recommend it !!!

Good location in centre and close to Station. Unfortunately no breakfast available due to COVID-19 but bakery next door available for breakfast. Helpfully stored bike in staff area - thanks.

Close to station in Les Eplatures, hotel is quite traditional, not modern, but very clean and good condition. Staff were friendly and helpful with a nice comfortable bed.

Very happy overall with the room and the service. I had a large room with a full size tub and double bed (two twins pushed together) on 3rd floor. The bed was comfortable and the room had two large windows overlooking the city. Very close to train station and a large shopping mall. WiFi was kind of slow in most of the hotel, but good in the room. Also, hotel provides free tickets to the museums in the area, as well as a train and bus pass which was great to have. Breakfast was kind of expensive for what you get (18franc), but was pretty tasty.

Nice hotel in the heart of the city.

Room warm and comfortable, nice breakfast, friendly staff with good awareness of which local restaurants would be open on a Sunday evening. Nice bonus with the hotel giving a local Neuchâtel mobility pass with free local transport and a variety of entry tickets to attractions.

Good customer service

It is one of the best hotels in the town, although the rooms are quite weakly soundproofed. In general nice experience.
