Lovely location but let down by service level. Stay there every year, but this year there was a noticeable lack of attention by the staff. Few smiles, long waiting times to be served and an apparent lack of customer attention. Not as it used to be which is a great shame.

Incredibly clean, friendly service, and spa and food were amazing.

Exited to go here after seeing all the pictures we arrived to a construction site. The whole outdoor area is being re-built. As we had a 1,5 year old with us that wanted nothing else but to run around we were very restricted. We arrived early 13:00 prepared that the rooms would not be ready as they says available at 15:00, in the end we did not receive our rooms until 15:40! Compensation for that, a free coffee! For the price we were paying per room a 1700 SEK, I do expect more facilities like a kettle, mini fridge and so on. Especially as any coffee provided by the hotel will be charged. Only positive thing was the staff in the restaurant. When the food came in and was not eatable they quickly attend and served new dishes in better standard without any fuss. And was very nice to have around. Restaurant had a lovely view and was not under construction.

Wonderful views and just enough to do while still being secluded. Sauna, tennis, canoe, hiking and golf. Town is a short bus ride away. Very relaxing stay - food is wonderful!

Hi, Smådalarö always delivers. As a cosy archipelago village the surroundings offer a great relaxing atmosphere. The service and hospitality is great and you feel very welcome. A part from a nice archipelago inspired breakfast and dinner service, the estate also offers private jacuzzi, sauna and golf/padel tennis/tennis. The golf course is genuine and well managed. It offers a rich golf experience although quite the narrrow holes (which keeps you on your toes). If you have a boat, you can park it in the hotels Marina. /A

Nice place, especially for golfers. The only thing to remark was the restaurant, which was very expensive, but with few and not so good choices.

Nice place with good facilities, clean and good service. Good good but not top quality.

Weather was amazing and the location is beautiful, very cut off and not much around, but if that is what you are looking for then it’s perfect. Food in the restaurant was delicious, especially the breakfast. The saunas and jacuzzi are something really special to do. The staff were friendly, but very busy and sometimes took a while to get served or recognised.

Spent three days relaxing, walking, canoeing and just hanging out.

Rummet jag bokade beskrevs som ett 'Superior två-bäddsrum' men det var väldigt basic, ungefär som på ett enkelt motell, ingen telefon eller safe till exempel och ingen utsikt. Personalen i receptionen var mycket trevlig och jag fick byta till ett bra rum i den nyrenoverade delen av hotellet där ingenting fattades och med ett fint utsikt.

Trevligt ställe med lugn och ro. Fina SPA förhållande gällande pool, bastu och relax

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Smådalarö Gård. The staff were welcoming from the moment we arrived, and the location is beautiful. We had lunch, dinner and breakfast at the hotel and everything was excellent. Our room was clean, comfortable and a good size. The spa is outstanding — a calm, relaxing environment with several indoor and outdoor pools, saunas and a steam bath. The limited number of guests per three‑hour session makes a huge difference; it never feels crowded. We’ll definitely be back.

Det var för dyrt inte prisvärt. Spa entré borde ingå i hotellövernattning

Fint på alla sätt, mycket nöjda. Inte minst duschen var ut över det vanliga.

Jättefina rum, rent och kändes väldigt nytt. Incheckning var inte bra, personalen hade inte koll på spa. Hade räknat med att spa ingick i rummet men det gjorde det inte. Saknades kommunikation mellan spa och hotell verkade det som. Omöjligt att få tag i receptionen från rumstelefonen. Spat var jättefint men kostade som sagt extra när man bokat via hotels.com. Spa var dessutom fullbokat när vi kom så fick ta det samma dag som utcheckningen. Hade sett fram emot spa när vi anlände. Maten i restaurangen var bra men kanske inte fantastisk. Jättefin frukost! Skulle gärna åka tillbaka trots strul ovan men med vetskap om att man behöver boka spa i förväg. Blev betydligt mer pengar än vi räknat med. Skulle ändå rekommendera Smådalarögård men kanske inte åka en fredag eller lördag igen då man lätt hamnar med svensexor och möhippor.

Överlag kändes restaurangen sådär. pommesen var typiska MAX-pommes. lite bättre kanske när man betalar så mycket? Samma med frukosten. pannkakorna kändes som sådana man plockar fram från kyldisken på ICA. SPAet var fantastiskt!

God mat till både middag och frukost, och spa:t var så härligt.
