Everything was good excpet if you are going to have a bar in the lobby make sure you have a qualified person to make drinks. Person they cad make our drink wqs lost and made a terrible drink.

Very nice hotel! Beds and pillows were comfortable. They have soft or firm pillows. Excellent service! Located close to businesses. Breakfast was good and freshly cooked. Staff was amazing! Rooftop view, bar and music.

Quiet & clean

Breakfast buffet food on warmer was cold every day. Only the “have them make an omelet” option would give you hot food. Asked for ice and hangars sent to room - had to go to desk and repeat request for hangars. I’ve never came. Ice maker on 6th floor not working.l and you can’t try ones on other floors because your key won’t let elevator open on any floor but your own. Charged 250 pesos for a small bottle of water from fridge when there was none on bedside table first day. In country where you shouldn’t drink tap water. Charged 350 pesos for a 80 peso mini bottle of coke. After I double checked that rooms second day would be ready for the others in my party arriving next day… they waited 3 hours for their room to be ready. Can’t take elevator from underground parking - have to walk up the long flight of stairs. Definitely they can do much better.
