We loved everything about this place. Staff was incredible friendly and helpful with everything would recommend this hotel to everyone

Brilliant location, lovely rooms, staff very attentive and friendly. I emailed pre arrival asking for terrace and the terrace was accommodated to us which was lovely. The hotel is clean, cozy, has boutique style and feel and I would stay there again. No 1 of what this hotel makes people come back I believe is the attentiveness and good quality service the receptionist, cleaners overnight receptionists they are all very helpful and would do all that takes to make your stay comfortable. The manager was alos very friendly and polite? Thanks to all at Les Jrdines dela Villa my sister and I very much enjoyed our three days stay . viki

Rich decandent interiors.

We checked in and I had to inform them that I was a gold VIP member with Expedia. was still not offered any of the perks. need a refresh in the rooms. now the good, great locations.

Staff was rude

I LOVED THE STAFF - THEY WERE WELCOMING, FRIENDLY AND VERY ATTENTIVE. The food was very good and the room and hotel were very very very very clean! The area was bustling with shops and restaurants of all kinds! It's located in a wonderful area. Will definitely visit again!

I had an amazing stay here! The staff was friendly and the rooms are beautiful. The sauna was a plus after walking all day. Definitely recommend and I will be coming back!

Property is in a very convenient area.

Very charming hotel, small but well maintained, specially the front desk area and the lounge areas. Rooms are what you can expect for Paris, small but comfortable. The bathrooms were very spacious, including a bath tub, something I had never seen in a hotel room in Paris. Also the hotel is not loud, very quiet as well as the outside of the street. The best part is the treatment we received from the people at the front desk who were very nice and helpful, gave me valuable informaton and programed taxis us. Would highly recomend this hotel and would most likely stay here again.

Beautiful, boutique hotel. Wonderful welcome by Mario and a free upgrade. The bed and pillows were heavenly. A gorgeous quiet room with a huge bathroom. Coffee making facilities and bathrobe made it feel luxurious. Breakfast was ample and varied.

Great location.

Liked everything about the hotel. A couple of issues. The key card didn't work on one occasion, and the Internet went down for 24 hours.

Good location, clean but outdated

The late night fire alarm and the front door malfunctioning was unfortunate. The female receptionist who checked us in was lovely, unfortunately we didn't note her name (but she loved our disneyland characters). The room was clean and well maintained. The sauna and steam room were ok, perhaps a little maintenance required. It was conveniently located near an RER and Metro. We opted not to have breakfast at the hotel as we found eating in Paris pricey and €20 each per day was a bit too expensive. The hotel was small but was nicely decorated and was comfortable for our stay.
