OK hotel. Feels a bit outdated

Great rooms, breakfast, and staff. A mall is in front of it too which is helpful.

Very comfortable and clean hotel. The staff were very friendly. Not many of the staff spoke English but that appears to be the same all over Araraquara probably because it isn't a place suited to tourists. I didn't try the evening meal there so can't comment but the breakfast was a typical continental with a good selection. The only negative point if there is one is the fitness suite. It had a couple of running machines and a reclining bike and weights but they had probably seen better days.

the hotel is fairly new so in good condition still. surrounding area not great but for business ok. there is a shopping centre across the road via a bridge. Resturant food was poor, althogh breakfat was very good. A walk to the shopping centre has selection of fast food booths and a japanese restaurant if your hosts dont take you out. Pool and gym on ground floor. Would definitely stay again

Ótima a estadia, tudo certinho, quarto ótimo, limpeza ótima, funcionários educados e prestativos, ótimo café da manhã.

Atendimento ótimo, café da manhã gostoso, funcionários gentis, mas roupa de cama e banho mais antigas, travesseiro e colchão poderiam ser mais fofinhos.

Sempre fico no Comfort, melhor custo benefício da cidade.

Bom café da manhã. Excelente atendimento. Boa localizacão, em frente ao Shopping. Excelente relaçao custo/benefício. Precisa somente de uma repaginada nos quartos, mas de uma forma geral os quartos são razoáveis para o valor da diária.

Acabou a energia da cidade, o gerador do hotel só alimentava a recepção e as áreas comuns e o wi-fi os quartos ficaram na eascuridão.

Estadia perfeita, meu filho amou. Já é segunda vez que voltamos à Araraquara, em menos de 20 dias, e repetimos o hotel, pela excelente experiência que tivemos anteriormente. Atendimento atencioso e repleto de cuidados. E sem dúvida meu destino, nas próximas visitas à cidade. Super indico!
