The hotel the moment I went was partially under renovation. My room was in the section that was already renovated. Very good renovation and very clean. It was a little bit of noise because of the renovation but I guess this will not be a problem when the renovation finish.

Good location, close to city center. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Overall was a good stay, the bathroom needed some upgrades, especially the lights. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows not so much. Breakfast was ok, the coffee was great.

Arrived at night, but trams still running from station, and the hotel unmistakable. Many of the buildings in Oradea look even better at night. Never knew it was such a beautiful city.

It’s like a time travel to the 80’s in terms of decor and facilities. Except for AC which thankfully has been working well. Wifi was very very weak, had to use eSIM and buy more data to hotspot. Gym closed long time ago. Pool half filled with water. There was some youth sports team staying at the same time in the hotel and staff were clearly overwhelmed at breakfast. Tables stacked with dirty dishes, no clean mugs, coffee machine out of milk. It took an hour after the sports team left to bring the breakfast area to some sort of order. Selection of foods at the buffet very average. Definitely not worth 60 lei. We went to Botanic restaurant across the river and had a very nice breakfast for the same price. There are toiletries in the bathroom but bring your own hair conditioner, they don’t provide that. They say they change bedsheets and towels every 2 days or as needed, but our bedsheets were not changed during the 5 nights we stayed. Towels were changed. They also say that bottled water is provided but that was only one bottle on the arrival day, never replenished. It’s a very basic hotel.

Nothing much

Bad thing first: -although a private property and parking, my car was blocked by another car and i was not able to leave for almost 2 hours. -the hotel was not able to identify the driver or call for towing even after my repeated asking -more then that, if you expected for a reimbursment total/partial or of any kind, i was told to pay extra parking for not leaving the premises on time!!!! Mind blowing?

Excellent stay. Excellent service. Very comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and living room, clean and free of clutter, very good quality toiletries, beautiful view from the furnished balcony of the Crisul Repede river. Very good breakfast, hot and cold dishes, a large variety of local cuisine, fresh and very tasty. Excellent service starting with the front desk and finishing with the cleaning crew. Highly recommend this hotel for comfortably, service and proximity to all the interesting things that Oradea has to offer. Thank you for your hospitality.

Hotelul este plasat central, dar baile sunt vechi, cu rugina peste tot, cu mucegai, cu apa plina de rugina la chiuveta si toaleta. Un lobby spectaculos, o pozitie excelenta pe malul raului, dar cu amenajari neaptadatate de zeci de ani.

We went for a 4 stars Hotel, we found 2 stars at most. Everything is old, clogged. Too warm in the room, with no possibility to turn off heating. Receptionist not trained.

Great location, beautiful suite

Excellent stay. I had a suite facing the river, with a large balcony, very comfortable bed, a spacious living room, very well appointed, one and a half bathroom and everything one needs, including a coffee machine. Service was excellent starting with the easy check in and out, everybody was accommodating in every way possible. Location is rigid the city center, walking distance to so many interesting things yo visit in Oradea. Breakfast is outstanding, a large verity of food, fresh fruit and vegetables, tasty dishes from the local cuisine excellent coffee and teas. Highly recommend this property for everything excellent that has to offer.

Hotel is super disgusting and terrible. Does not correspond to 4 stars at all!!!!! The room we initially were given was all smelling like cigarettes and had pieces of dirt in the bathroom and a lot of dust. When we complained at reception they just told us to move to room nearby which was for 1 person only when it is 2 of us. The second room still was bad as water would not drain and was all dusty and pillow was only for 1 person. Do not recommend at all!!! Oh and staff at reception is super rude!!!!!

The room looked nice; breakfast selection was OK. But that’s about it... This hotel leaves a lot to be desired. The A/C did not cool the room at all the whole 2 nights we were there. We reported this to the front desk three times but they said they could not fix it. We asked for compensation and, in response, they only waived the parking charge. The bathroom plumbing was foul-smelling -- there was a rust/sewage-like odor coming out of the sink and shower drains. At breakfast, one lady from the restaurant staff was so extremely, beyond-belief, rude and confrontational about providing service that we had to complain to the manager (it should be noted though that the other restaurant staff members were very polite – it was just that one person). The restaurant manager apologized on behalf of the rude staff member. Overall, the hotel should upgrade its facilities and provide better staff training.
