Hotel room condition is old. Time for an uplift.

Strategic location, easy to take transportation to tourist attractions, shopping and to the train station. Next to the hotel there is a supermarket. Recommended hotel.

Nice hotel, very good hotel at kyoto.

The location is a bit far from the subway station but really close to the bus stop, the price is cheap for a large enough room in the Shijo area. Get free matcha on the 2nd floor. High recommendation.

The price is pretty cheap for hotels in Kyoto, but the quality is more than expected. The staff are friendly and very helpful, the rooms are super clean, comfortable, well equipped and quite spacious. provided mobile phones that can be taken anywhere during the period of stay and are accompanied by an internet package. besides that, you can leave your suitcase if you still want to get around Kyoto but you have to check out. super recommended :)

Quite enough for facility and room size. Standard hotel, but wait for few minutes for using elevator because just have 2 elevator. Overall nice hotel and nice staff.

The location is very good, the rooms are quite large, there are rooms for 3 people and they provide free hot drinks so right when I visit winter. But, what I'm surprised is that we have to pay more taxes, while hotels in Osaka and Tokyo hotels that I ordered through app don't pay taxes anymore.

The hotel was great. One minor problem was just you have to 2nd floor to get to receptionist.

The location is perfect. Cleanliness is great. The room is spacious. Perfect even for us sharing 2 adults with 1 kid (4 year old)
