location is good, 5 minute walking to shin osaka station, breakfast is lovely, feels homey and the room is comfortable

Clean rooms, traveling from Shin Osaka Station, not more than 10 minutes overall OK.

The room is very clean, the breakfast is delicious. The location is close to the station so it's easy everywhere. The receptionist is friendly and can speak English. Will be back to stay when in Osaka

Good morning food, especially the home made, close to the station. 10 minutes on foot and away from the cruise. I want to stay again when I return to Osaka.
