I stayed here for four days. It is a pleasant hotel with friendly staff. The hotel is situated in beautiful surroundings in the woods. Walking and cycling trails are plentiful. My room was fine, the bed was comfortable. The food was exceptionally delicious.

Quiet place outside of town. Nice to just listen to nature.

This is an older hotel that is well maintained. lacted in a rural area. Need to get around by car or bicycle

The rooms need an upgrade, carpet is dirty and walls need paint. You can hear your neighbors. I reported an incident with unfriendly staff at the breakfast buffet. The manager handled it professionally but it left us with a bad experience, we checked out early and we won't return.

While downstairs areas have clearly been renovated, and the restaurant was very nice, the hotel room is really dated. Sink was clogged and mattress was too soft for my taste.

Upon check in the registrationform was presented with persoal data of my parents!(gdpr!) We proceeded after having corrected the personal data to room 203 where the door was not locked and room was not cleaned yet. I asked for another room as we had to change for a concert. Although they mentioned the hotel was fully occupied we got another room. This room was ok but no towels, we requested these.

Lovely location in the middle of a woodland park area, lots of lovely walks around the area. The only major floor was a safety concern, the hotel fire alarm went off ( for an evacuation) we promptly left the hotel to the assembly point, we passed lots of hotel guests who did not know what to do or where to go. No member of hotel staff came over to the evac point at any time. We waited approx 10 mins at the evac point after the sirens stopped and re entered along with the other hotel guests who had left as per the instructions in the room. There seemed to be only appox 3 members of staff at the hotel 1 in the reception and two in the restaurant. The evac siren was very quiet and if we had been asleep would not of woken us. Apart from that large safety concern the hotel was nice ane peaceful overnight stay.

This hotel is located in the countryside in a woods in a very quiet area. You need a vehicle to get around but the hotel is perfect for walking and cycling breaks or those just wanting a relaxing break away from it all. It is also peaceful for those on business. The hotel is excellent in every way my and I highly recommend it.

The hotel Staff were so helpful and friendly. The location was beautiful and close to the town, I would highly recommend Fletcher hotels to family and friends.

Lovely location for a weekend retreat. Overall condition is OK but very 1970's in appearance even though it is probably much newer.

The location is so good, inside a small forest, away from any close town, yet WiFi was OK. Breakfast was good, staff friendly and we enjoyed our stay.

The room was very comfortable. The hotel has a nice terrace. Location is not convenient if you don't have a car. Quite a way from the nearest town. The downside is the restaurant. The food was lacking any taste or imagination. The cook seems not to have been trained.

The staff here were exceptional. They went above and beyond to help my stay be more pleasant. They even suggested ways to help me save money while I was there. One night I ordered room service and the chef had already left. So the front clerk went and made it for me. That's quality customer service. I will go back and stay at this hotel again. Highly recommend it.
