We got to Marseille at 1:30 am, this hotel is right by the train/bus station, loved it, super clean, spacious, everyone very helpful, the breakfast everything fresh and straight from the bakery, I wish we could’ve stayed longer, I will definitely come back to this hotel. Mercí!

The room was larger than typical European hotel rooms. Clean, comfortable. Excellent location across the street from the train and bus stations. Air conditioning worked perfectly which was very important during this heat wave.

Clean but Wifi was not working, AC fan ran all the time at full speed, could not stop it, no TV remote control… staff close to useless!!

It took 3 room changes to get us into a semi comfortable room. I had booked and paid more Money to get a queen room with a sofa. The first room had 2 beds and no sofa. The 2nd room AC didn’t work. 3rd room has no sofa, no telephone to call for help and promised kettle for Coffee and tea. We were not Provided with the password for WiFi. It is ridiculous that we have to go downstairs every time we have a problem.

Room was okay. Upon checking in we had to wait around 40 mins, due to a card reader error. the man didn’t apologise for the delay and never told us any info such as wifi password. when departing another 15 min delay. nothing ran efficiently.

It was clean, safe and close to the station. All staff was friendly when needed they helped for providing information regards to go around.

Room was run down - had no refrigerator and A/C wasn’t working. Floor carpet wasn’t clean. Too much air freshener.

The hotel is directly across the street from Gare St. Charles, which makes it very convenient both for arriving by train (or on the train from the airport) and for catching the Metro for getting around Marseille. The area has a grocery store as well as some restaurants and cafés and is a short walk or Metro ride to a number of destinations. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable.

The room and the bathroom were in bad conditions. The shower worst. Breakfast was expensive. Inattentive staff. I would not return or recommend it.

The hotel is excellent. There's nothing they can do about the area next to a railway station . Most big city's suffering for the same problem worldwide

I arrived late and was warmly accommodated. I slept well and the hotel staff was kind enough to hold my luggage until a later train trip.

The staff at reception and at the breakfast service were exceptional. The young woman and man at reception were so helpful and nothing was a bother. So helpful to gave luggage storage. Enjoyed our short stay. Thankyou
