I am a well traveled individual having traveled to 63 different countries. This hotel was by far the noisiest hotels i have ever stayed in. THIS IS NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL AND Should not be marketed as such. Be careful, although their website boasts of having a bar they do not have a bar.We were shocked to have returned to our room while the maid was on our floor and found a 10 year old or so daughter of the maid in our room alone. I highly recommend Expedia reconsiders reclassification of this property!

The staff there was amazing. Andraina was the front desk girl and she was super helpful. She told us what restaurants were good. She would have his cars booked when we needed them. The housekeeper was great. She gave us some Mass to take to us when we went on our cruise ship and I cannot forget about Jovanna. She was the one in the restaurant that would make us fresh squeezed orange juice every morning. She danced and dance to my husband for his birthday. Just a lovely lady. I highly recommend staying at this place. It's like a boutique hotel, four stars and it's right by all the shopping and by the marina for the cruises. So you're right by everything. You can literally walk everywhere. I give this a hotel a 12 out of 10. If you want to experience things there just talk to them. They will get you the right drivers and everything we went to a little place called Monreal. Our driver's name was Luigi and he was fantastic. If you can get him as a driver while you stay there definitely ask for him. Thank you for making our honeymoon, 5-year anniversary, and birthdays amazing!

Everything excellent except - told $50 eu for airport shuttle and driver charged $70. Would like the credit eu $20

It’s a nice hotel close to ports . It’s a small boutique hotel . We stayed on top floor which was roomy and spacious

The room was really noisey …. Pipes were constantly heard in room every time another room used the water …. Sounded like construction noise about 9pm. Disappointing breakfast .

Hotel is centrally located and easy to access easily to the city centre and also very convenient for sightseeing

We could not use the parking garage because our sedan was too low slung…the staff was very helpful and found the nearest above ground option. I’m sure, following our experience, they can direct others quickly. Breakfast was excellent!

I was not able to stay at the Artemisia. They had a ‘problem’ of some kind with a customer, so had no availability, despite the fact that I booked this ages ago, The hotel moved me way out of downtown Palermo to a place somewhat suburban. I lost a half day of my time in Palermo as a result. The substitute hotel was nice enough, and they comp’d me dinner, thankfully, because there wasn’t another place open AND worth figuring out how to get to. Memorable, yes. So did they bump me because I was a solo traveler, or was it just random …? I think one of the adverts for the place said ‘sound proof rooms’ to which I would add ,,,,sort of.

Staff are friendly. Assist us in booking tours. Place is clean. Very Noisy area day and night. AC in room is noisy. Changed our room problem still same. Very old AC units. We had to turn AC OFF at night but can’t open window because of noise outside. Over priced hotel for its location and what it offers.

Hotel was in a perfect location. Walking distance to everything. Highly recommended!

Nothing…really

To start, the staff is phenomenal! Truly, they go above and beyond!! The rooms are amazing, clean. Area is safe, cute restaurants around the corner. Minutes away from the markets and shops. Hop on hop off bus just across the street. Very safe to be in the evening. Great experience.

We had a very enjoyable stay here. The staff are so friendly, and they made our stay so pleasant. They were happy to give us sight and restaurant recommendations. The location is really convenient.
