The hotel has an excellent location by the sea in the Raouche area of Beirut, which is definitely its strongest point. Service was good overall, but not at the level you would expect from a hotel in such a prime location. The room was below expectations, and the hotel itself feels quite old, with dated furniture and interiors that clearly need renovation. It’s acceptable for a short stay mainly because of the location, but it doesn’t fully live up to its potential.

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Frank Mubarak, the general manager, for his leadership. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel; it was truly a fantastic experience. The housekeeping, reception, and room service teams were all outstanding, especially Omar Agha, who made me feel truly welcomed. Thank you all for a wonderful stay ❤️

Stayed at the Rotana raouche and the stay was amazing. When I arrived for check in, I was kindly upgraded to a sea view suite. The rooms were tidy, cleaned daily and VERY spacious. The amenities, restaurants and nightlife nearby was awesome. Lastly, a huge thanks to Omar from the breakfast bar who was very helpful, kind and always attentive. We need more people like Omar in this world! He would also help bring the suhoor to my room every morning around 3am 🥹🤲

I recently stayed at Raouché Arjaan by Rotana in Beirut Fir 5 nights, and it was truly an amazing experience. The hotel is located right on the beautiful Raouché area, offering breathtaking views and a perfect atmosphere to relax and enjoy the city. The service was excellent from start to finish - the staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. I would also like to give a special thanks to Mr. Omar Agha, whose exceptional hospitality and kindness made my stay even better. He was extremely helpful, attentive, and truly made me feel welcomed. Highly recommended hotel for anyone visiting Beirut. Can't wait to come back again!
