A decent place to go with 2 people, can't have more, space limited, but yes it's good enough and staffs so helpful.

It's ok, but it's better if the hotel allows us to jeep the luggage after checking up. And please check the bedsheet before it's used.

The room was not big but still comfortable for us with 2 medium luggages. Our room was really clean. The amenities were good. The hotel is near from Kamata. We were really had a good time during our stay.

The hotel is very clean, have a spacious room and all staff give us a good service. Near to station kamata , family mart, so many good restaurant around the hotel, very recommended hotel

The hotel is close to the station and surrounded by 24hour eating places. elevators are also available at the hotel and kamata station. even though it is located in the red district, but as a japanese culture, they are not intrusive and quite polite ... will stay here again if there is a chance.

They are not fair, some people can check in earlier from 12:00 without any extra charge. But when I bring my family to check in earlier they ask me to pay extra.

I love this hotel! while it is only a 3 star hotel but it really feels like 5 star because of the excellent service! Close to Kamata Station and Kamara Kekyu Station. Suitable for people who are first to Japan, the area is super homey and comfy, because the local people are Japanese! Quiet, clean atmosphere, plus the hotel front office is very friendly! Everything is perfect! Thank you.
