The hotel is very beautiful. But the staff did not walk to the room Looking for a moment Breakfast bread is very delicious, haha.

1. Request room with high floor and 1 King size bed. Until we get in to the room we just know that all request has been discard, none of staff inform why we don't get a high floor with a king size bed. 2. Hotel has pick up group conference and they did activities all around hotel public area. We tried to enjoy and relax at Pool, beach or other public area but all has been noisy with the in house group 3. The room back door cannot even lock!, go check room 859. The back door is locked but you can just break it easily. 4. Breakfast crowded with the in house group, and yes food not enough, so the kitchen did not refil some of the food and left the empty tray for other guest. 5. Call frondesk to check room before we go check out. We left the room and put all stuff in the car. 5 Minutes later we walk to Front Desk for check out process, great! We still have to wait for another 10 minute for checking the room. 6. The hotel is on a very nice beach and the location was great. The beach is so nice, sunset view in the evening was so beautiful. You can just sit on the hotel beach to enjoy that view.

Stay 2 nights housewives do not clean the mattress. Come in the clean room, but the mattress did not pass. Breakfast is ok, a lot of housewives deserve to improve.
