All perfect and the staff supper sweet

Teníamos dos habitaciones en el piso 7 y no había agua caliente. Es el colmo que vendan habitaciones sabiendo el tremendo problema que tienen.

Downtown access

Great location. Front desk staff was great and helpful. There are many places to eat and have a drink around the hotel. Breakfast was great. If you are going on the Cruce de Lagos (also called Crucé Andino) this is the place to stay.
