Super friendly staff. Very nice place for the price. Baltic just a short walk away. Restaurant/bar are top.

Super hotel, bardzo klimatyczny i luksusowy wystrój. Blisko plaży w spokojnej lokalizacji. Poza sezonem kameralnie, sala basenowa i pokój zabaw dla dzieci praktycznie dla naszego użytku co na prawdę pomogło się dodatkowo zrelaksować i poczuć jeszcze bardziej komfortowo.

Second time staying at this location and still love it. If you’re traveling to Ustka, I highly recommend.

Great place to stay!

Sewer smell in bathroom. Staff during breakfast were nonexistent. Breakfast served late. Hotel under construction. Not sufficient parking on site.

It was the worst hotel i have ever been to in my life. Not only was the receptionist an incompetent, agressive moron, the rooms were so loud because of thin walls and creaky floor boards therefore we packed up and left at 11pm because it was so bad. When we complained to the enormous blonde downstairs, she did nothing except be rude „its summer” she says. Absolutely pathetic. Also this hotel advertises it as a spa - the jacuzzi was not working, the sauna was not heated properly and there were about 50 loud kids jumping in the pool screaming - do not go here if you want a relaxing holiday. And a tip for the massive blonde at reception - get a new job if you hate it so much. Nobody wants to deal with people like you.

Realny good family hotel. Delicious breakfasts. I can strongly recommend this hotel to every family!

Our whole experience at the Royal Baltic was incredible. The staff went out of their way to help us. We are non Polish speaking Australians unfamiliar with the area. The staff assisted us with local knowledge and helped us navigate our way around Ustka and Slupsk. What a real gem of a hotel in a very special location. I also had a massage in the Spa, which was lovely. The food and drink are local fare and lovely. The consierge went out of his way to help us with our family history. We highly recommend this hotel!!

It is comfortable place to stay

We stayed at the hotel for hunting and relaxing - it was a very good experience. Everything was great and even if we wanted to find something to complain about, we couldn't. Great surroundings. We can only recommend it for romantic og business trip... and even if you bring dogs og kids they are welcome!

Sehr schickes Hotel. Frühstück sehr reichlich,Zimmer prima, nicht weit zum Strand und Wellnesbereich hervorragend. Wir kommen gern wieder und empfehlen es unbedingt weiter.

Vacker omgivning! Vackert hotell! Otrevlig personal som inte informerade ordentligt. Fick veta när vi skulle checka ut att vi också skulle betala för parkering, något som inte nämndes vid incheckning.

Super Zimmer. Sehr nettes Personal. Einzig - ein wenig hellhörig - dünne Wännde.

Erholung pur. Wir haben ein wundervolles verlängertes Wochenende verbracht.
