Safe and the breakfast was good. But the room condition could have been much better. We had problems receiving towels as they kept saying the housekeeping hadn’t came in yet to wash more and we had a bad toilet that never got fixed from tbe time we checked in on Friday until we checked out on Sunday. We were finally brought a plunger on Saturday night for us to plunge the toilet ourselves and the manger chose to comment they were short handed. Overall the worst stay out of all the weekend traveling we do!!!!

Went down to get my 2 year old breakfast, the waffle maker was being cleaned. I waited almost 15 mins, along with several other people,, they brought it out but hadn’t put the mix in. The sausage was out, and the employee brought out more eggs(which was already almost full). I was just going to get her a muffin but they only had chocolate and banana So I wasn’t able to get my daughter anything to eat before we went to church. The front desk clerk was helping but she didn’t know where things were, etc. definitely the worst experience in regards to breakfast that I’ve had. I will say the front desk employee super nice, and have customer service on an A-1 level.

Room was clean and comfortable. Easy walk to Walmart and nearby dining. Quiet, safe area.

The room smelled very Misty, coffee pot was broken, tv had no signal, bathroom vent broken. The pack n play that was brought up for our baby was also broken. Pool was freezing and splash pad was broken which was the reason we choose this hotel. Both treadmills in the gym were broken and the water fountain was broken. The breakfast was out on time, fresh and well stocked. Overall very disappointed and conditions were like a motel.

We stayed in room 409 for two nights, but immediately after checking in for our first night, the room had an unbearable smell that we couldn't snuff out with any air freshener. The bathroom also didn't have any exhaust in the ceiling, so really there is no way for any room or bathroom odors to have any means of escape. We had no choice but to stay in the room for our two nights, but it was not fun at all. Not sure if it was just that room, or if others also smell like that.

My stay was not great. I checked in an my comforter had some nasty stain on it. First when I walked in the front lobby it smelt like a seafood boil. In the hallway it didn’t look like the carpet had been vacuumed. I was moved to another room. It was very noisy outside. This is the second time I have been disappointed. This hotel usually is my go to place. I think this will be my last stay. I don’t know if there has been a change in management are what , but it’s not the same. You used to walk in and it smelt clean. The rooms need updating really bad. I will be stay somewhere else from now on. So disappointed.

Close to some nice restaurants and the room was large with a living area separate from the beds. Had a couch and two chairs for visiting or watching TV.

I really enjoyed my stay. Everything was convenient and I felt safe.

The only concern I had when I opened the door to my room there was a weird smell, kinda like a dog. I woke up the next morning and heard a dog barking somehere close to my room, 219. I may have missed in the description if it was pet friendly, and that is fine. I probably would've requested a non pet friendly room. The room was great for what I needed, just overnight while my son was on the hospital. Clean, good area, restaurants close and the hospital just 5 minutes away.
