The Rotana Hotel provided a pleasant experience during our worship. The location is strategic, the rooms are large and comfortable, but the breakfast menu remained unchanged throughout our five-day stay, making us bored. We recommend changing the menu to include more variety. Otherwise, everything was very good value for money.

The hotel has been listed in Nusuk, among the hotels located inside Zamzam Tower, Al Marwa Rayhaan is one of the closest to the mall entrance.

Prime location, close to the courtyard of the Grand Mosque. Easy elevator access to the hotel and no competition with other hotel guests or the Zamzam Tower mall.

The hotel staff was very friendly, but the room smelled of cigarette smoke.

It was a pleasure to stay at the Al Marwa Rayhaan Hotel by Rotana. This is my second stay here and I want to do it again. Hopefully, I can stay here again next year. Amen.

What's wrong? I received my Traveloka voucher for July 29th/25th. But the hotel said it was full. So I couldn't get a room.

The Hotel is inside the Zamzam Clock Tower, with easy access with a lift from the 5th to the ground floor. Est. 5-10 minutes walking time from room to Masjid Al Haram. Breakfast was served very well with a good variety of food selections from western to local. The room also has access to live sound during prayer time.

Good location near Harom and breakfast so delicious.

We really enjoy staying here near with Harom, only a short time by walk and the hotel is located in Zamzam Tower. Breakfast is also delicious and the table located has a Harom view.
