Service, kind employees and food

Front desk staff is not helpful at all. For any question we ask the answer is “ I dont know” and then brush off. The taxi service staff arranged had no AC and driver had to keep windows down even when we told him we have dust allergies. Buffet breakfast sub optimal

We rented a villa which was very close to the sea but as patio doors had no screen, we could never let the doors open. Room was poorly decorated but otherwise very clean. The site is beautiful, however it has no beach and had only one access to the see. The food was disapponting, below standard for that type of resort. Will not return.

This is not a 4-star hotel in my opinion and customer service did not meet expectations.

Beautiful hotel

A beautiful setup and incredible views. However room is dated and small, the bed mattress was absolutely awful. Service and food were excellent.

The reason I say it is "unsafe" is because we were staying in one of the bungalows, and to get there was really "unsafe", since there is ZERO lighting, if we did not have our cell phone's light, we would have fallen a million time.. The steps are completely IN THE DARK..

The location of the property is absolutely stunning. The staff? Really don’t know what to say. For 10 days I have been waiting for them to fix the tv in the room. As of now it hasn’t happened. They told me they would switch it. We’ll it didn’t happen. Left several messages. The last one last night but they don’t have anyone on staff to send out and try to fix it because it’s late. Late? The hotel should have someone on staff a night also. This was my last stay. The last one of for stays in the past 4 years

Luxurious feel for a 4 star resort, with its diving school, hotel gift shop, pool bar and 3 swimming pools and ample deck chairs. Even day trips to Cefalù is organised for guests, a lovely gesture. Bathroom tiles need to be cleaned though housekeeping in other aspects is tops. In spite of the quiet area it's located, the hotel offers enough facilities and even night entertainment/performance for its guests when I was there.

Everything has to be update , no internet in the room , if you have to work forget about this hotel.bower shot down many times no air conditioning.

Clean , beautiful view. Wonderful hotel . Lots of choice for breakfast although the coked food was a little cold .

Helpful staff, beautiful setting, very accommodating. Walter Potenza, Master Chef took 28 Americans for a food and wine tour through Sicily.

Good rooms , maybe on the small side but still very good. Great staff, lovely atmosphere. clean.... definetly will be back

I loved this hotel views, paceful, relax but,....it needs to improve breakfast & meals.
