Friendly staff, clean, nice rooms

Very nice staff

This is not a typical hotel that you walked in to a lobby instead it has various cabins with great views of the mountains around. You can walk to the lake within 2 minutes. The staff is also very helpful. We stayed one night for a family trip and overall everything was great.

Comfortable, cute and quiet space for a family stay. Shoreline of the lake is an easy 150-m walk and is gorgeous. Only recommendations for improvement would be a second mirror somewhere outside the single bathroom and some night-lights for navigating the stairs in the dark.

A comfortable apartment within 200 metres of the beautiful lake. Difficult to find without GPS. Our bedroom was an upstairs loft with steep stairs and toilet downstairs.

They will send you an email with a contact number to let them know when you will be checking in. Call them an hour prior to your arrival and they can meet you. They do tack on a 40 euro cleaning fee if you don't clean the loft yourself. Very well located to docks and the bike trail that goes around the lake. They have kayaks you can use for free if not in use by other guests. They also have a laundry room you can use for free, you just need your own detergent. I think the price is good, but there could be more comfortable bedding and pillows. Solid B for the room and A+ for Lake Annecy.

We arrived and met our host who was very friendly and helpful. This is the second time we have stayed here . It’s a great location with lake annecy a few minutes walk from where we stayed.so much to see here and the lake is stunning . They do boat trips on the lake aswel . Many great restaurants in the town and lots of shops .

Corinne, our host, was very kind and met us at the house when we arrived. She uses WhatsApp, which made communication simplified. The home is small, but comfortable. Yard to let the kids play. 2 minute walk to the docks on the lake. We loved Mikado pizza for our last dinner. Really enjoyed the home and being close to Annecy, but not IN the city center.

Very cosy, very clean apartment with every amenity including heating (we stated in winter) and. Extremely peaceful.

Heating was not working properly.

A lovely place to stay. Really close to the Lake. We had free use of two kayaks and a laundry room. Wish we had bikes as there is a cycle path around the lake.

Its nice, clean. The owner is very lovely man, near to the lack, but its away from the center of Annecy, but if you have a car its ok. Its too quite area that i felt am isolated.

Very nice stay in out studio with cooking facilities. Free laundry and kayaks for guest use.

J'ai trouvé, bien rénové mais petit. C'est bien pour une nuit. La douche est en haut près de la chambre mais la toilette est en bas. Le lit est confortable L'extérieur manque d'amour.

Huld og skader på bordplade, på sofaen, på lampeskærm og væg. Emhætten hang. Spisebordret slidt. Sengene er uden sengegalvl og står tilfældig i rummet. Når sovesofaen er foldet ud er der svært at komme omkring spiseborderet. Haven lå ved de andre lejligheder så ved brug af haven sider man kun i liggestole og kigger ind i de andres lejligheder/terrasser. Den terrasse der var tilknyttet lejligheden lå under stort træ og nedfald fra træet var overalt på terrassemøblerne. Vil forslå at træet beskæres.

L'appartamento rispecchia la descrizione. E' situato in una zona tranquilla di Sevrier vicino alla pista ciclabile con disponibilità di parcheggio. L'alloggio è piccolo, disposto su due piani, ma con tutto ciò che è necessario. Abbiamo gradito molto anche il giardino condominiale, dove è possibile anche mangiare e rilassarsi. Qualche problema di comunicazione per il check-in ed un problema con le chiavi che si è verificato durante il soggiorno che non è stato risolto.
