Nice suite. Located next to construction of a new exercise room or it would get 5 stars. Lotion was old and dried out.

The room was clean and spacious. The beds were fine, pillows were comfy. One issue is that if you have a larger vehicle (truck) you may have difficulty fitting in the parking spaces. We kept running into issues with our keys not working and having to be reset. The biggest issue I ran into was staff not being available when I got locked out of my room to due to the key not working. I had to leave my possessions in the hallway, and eventually had to leave before anyone was able to help. There was construction/remodeling taking place, but was not too messy. The hotel itself was pretty quiet. I stayed 6 days and would stay again since the price was good. No breakfast was a bit disappointing, but they never claim to have it.So be sure to pack or buy something for that. Overall okay stay. If you have someone in the hospital this hotel was a good home vibe due to having a full fridge, and seems built for extended stays.

Great place to stay! Perfect for us with kitchen and plenty room. I especially appreciate the noon checkout time.They are doing a refresh, so i took one star off for condition. However i understand and look forward to when its finished.

We loved the room, kitchenette was perfect for supper. The hard to find noon checkout was important for us. All around a good place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay with no complaints. They are currently doing some work in the building, but it didn't interfere with us. It should be even nicer when finished. No free breakfast is included, you have to buy some basic items if desired. With a kitchenette in our room, we were okay for breakfast.

The ladies at the front desk were very accommodating when I needed to change rooms because of the room not being made up that I originally was supposed to stay in.

Hotel was nice, but was renovating a big part of it. Our room didn’t have any additional furniture (chairs), no breakfast, no swimming pool. Service was great though, very nice friendly workers. We stayed as a dance team, the workers were great dealing with our dramatic chaotic dance girls, even gave the soloist dancers a designated area to practice in!!

Bad service. Place on the 4th floor between rooms with dogs.

Very clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed in our kitchenette. Extremely friendly and competent hotel staff. Free laundry very convenient. Safe, well-lit parking. Quiet, too!

The staff is very kind, courteous and always make me feel as an invited guest. As a long term stay property the option to dine out or cook your own meals is a great advantage. The property is clean and amenities such as laundry room or in need of towels or trash bags is a phone call away. Looking forward to my next stay at Candlewood.

Everything was good

The staff is very kind, courteous and friendly. Check in was quick and informative. My stay was for R&R, along with the amenities offered at Candlewood shopping and dining is a quick drive. Looking forward to my next stay at Candlewood Minot.

People smoking in hallways. Dirty room. Staff do not ask people to smoke outside.

No breakfast

No staff to help and had to go to hotel next door to get blanket and pillows for my pull out couch

The staff was kind and friendly while working towards making sure i had a great stay. Shopping and dining are a short drive away. Looking forward to my next stay.

Worn out beds, huge divots and dips. worn out recliner chair, it had lost all its faux leather cover down to the cotton. Carpet looked like it came out of a machanics garage.

I enjoy staying at Candlewood for the staff and attention to the guest. Shopping is a short drive away and plenty of dining to chose. Looking forward to my next stay.
