Breakfast could have been a little better

Located directly on the highway. Loud traffic noise. Dirty floor and grout in the bathroom. Sheets are getting worn and greying with age. Staff was helpful and friendly

The breakfast was ok, they offered actual scambled eggs but they were not very fresh, we ate at 7 am. There were only Bagels and Croissants which seemed old(they were very hard and dry. and no muffins. There was no Hot Choc maybe they were out though. The sausage and bacon wss good.

Wonderful staff. Very clean hotel. They worked beyond our expectations for us to have a nice stay with our dog.

Clean fresh breakfast very good

The bedding could have looked a little better, hair on the bed. The bathroom was clean enough and good water pressure and hot water. The breakfast was good and the morning staff was super nice.

The hotel itself needs lots of repair . The elevator was not functioning and air conditioning was very loud. However my main issue is the dishonesty by either Expedia or hotel. I had to check out early and I was told by the front desk that I need to discuss refund for additional two days with Expedia . I called Expedia and was told that I will be given two days refund for days not stayed. I asked for an email to confirm and was told that it will come in 48-72 hours. I also confirmed that all was ok with hotel front desk. In less than 24 hours , I received a email from Expedia saying that the refund is denied. I call Expedia and they said they could not confirm what was said by previous agent and they needed to verify. Received another email saying the refund was denied. Somebody is not telling the truth and I plan to investigate further. As for now , I will redial for doing business with either company . EXpedia or choice hotels .

Just a heads up if you’re looking for comfort this ain’t it… The beds are as hard as the floor.

The breakfast was great, no pool unfortunately, the stay was overall great. Slippery outside though, icy near door area, no signage to mention it’s slippery, but enough parking space though. Helpful staff, the room was very good, and I enjoyed this hotel as well as my family. Thanks!

If you are lucky enough to win the food lottery... the quality is acceptable, however, they only put out enough food for 1 hungry man or maybe 2 average people. When the buffet is "FULL" there are literally 2 eggs, 6 sausages, 6 tiny pieces of bacon, and 4 hashbrowns for a whole hotel FULL of working men who need to eat early, eat quickly, and leave for work!!! If more than 1 or 2 people show up at the same time - and your lucky #3 you will have to sit and wait for the breakfast attendant to go make another 2 eggs, 4 hashbrowns, 6 sausages, etc... (Unless you love to start your day with unhealthy/sugary waffles! 🙄) You are almost made to feel like you are putting them out by trying to eat breakfast there! It is beyond pathetic and to say that they offer "free" breakfast with the cost of your room is a joke - its boarderline false advertising as there is usually NO food when you need to eat & run! I ended up having to pay to eat fast food every morning so I could actually eat, and get to work on time. I would probably look for an alternate hotel for this reason alone. 🤷
