Poderiam melhorar o atendimento no check in .Teve uma atendente bem chata . Poderiam Enviar mensagem dizendo qual a melhor rota do aeroporto até o hotel , pegamos um estrada muito ruim para chegar até Gramado . Mas o hotel é muito bom , aconchegante e os funcionários são muito bonzinhos . Com excessão do pessoal do check in e os manobristas tbm acho que poderiam melhorar o atendimento. A localização é excelente .

Ficamos muito satisfeitos com a hospedagem. Voltaríamos com certeza. Café da manhã muito bom, bem variado e com qualidade. Únicos pontos a melhorar para mim como um todo é o ambiente do café da manhã, que pode ser bem mais agradável, uma iluminação mais legal e mais decorado - tal como é o restante do hotel, e a temperatura das piscinas aquecidas, onde alguma das 3 piscinas poderia ser mais quente que as demais. Estava 14ºC em Gramado e a água estava um pouco desagradável em todas.

Café da manhã excelente, funcionários muito prestativos. Gostei muito da área externa e dos jardins. Estão até mais bem cuidados do que da minha última estadia.

Ótima localização, quartos amplos e confortáveis, hotel é um pouco antigo porém muito bem conservado. Muitas atividades para as crianças e também para os adultos. Excelente atendimento.

O café da manhã foi de baixa qualidade. A saduicheira estava MUITO suja, não é limpa há muito tempo, no geral o local não oferece conforto, é barulhento e o alimento servido deixa muito a desejar.

This time I was very disappointed with the staff and room, and how unwilling the staff was to help and how the room staff talked to us and how they( within themselves in our room and in front of us would talk about their shift hours, how it was time to go home, how they wouldn't stay overtime and how it was up to the management to find another staff for those times.

Well located within easy walking distance of the main street. Please stop offering a facilities tour with the excuse of selling "vacation club", "time-share", and similar products to guests just arriving after check-in.

From being hustled for a free “gift” aka timeshare presentation, which I assumed was the VIP perk into no room upgrade, having a card key door that took easily a good 5 minutes to open, and emphasis on quantity not quality of the experience, I would never go back

It was wonderful!

The location and view of the hotel was beautiful. From my room, I could see the sunrise and sunset also city and hear the bells from the cathedral near by it was wonderful and romantic.

Location was excellent. Lower rooms noisy in AM from parking garage employees yelling.

Love the hotel. Outstanding customer service. Karaoke at night was a blast. Marcelo made all of us feel very welcome … kids had a blast. Property is pretty. Great breakfast buffet options. Very clean. Indoor pool was nice too.

Ficamos quatro dias e a estadia foi boa. O serviço deixa a desejar, acredito que seja pelo Covid. Me parece que o hotel não treina os funcionários bem, estavam meio perdidos. É um hotel de pacotes de turismo, família com crianças, com muitas atividades.
