Though the location is out of Turin, there is a good connection by Metro and Bus 36 and then a short walk to the Hotel. It seems they have refurbished and looks modern. Rooms and bathrooms were modern and comfortable. Staff were friendly and accomodated late check out request. Overall, it was a great hotel at a reasonable price.

Upon arriving at 9pm, we were left waiting at reception while the staff member finished a personal conversation. This immediately set the wrong tone. When we finally asked about an evening meal, we were told there was “no availability” because other guests had chosen to dine in. No effort was made to offer an alternative, no solutions were suggested, and we were simply directed to a local pizzeria. This level of indifference is unacceptable. A 4-star hotel should never leave guests without any dining options or basic consideration. Even a simple gesture—such as offering something light at the bar—would have demonstrated care and professionalism. We escalated the issue the following morning, yet the response from another colleague only reinforced the same dismissive attitude. Overall, the service we received was not only disappointing but far below what any guest should expect from a hotel of this rating, this simply ruined our short weekend break.

Wonderful hotel! Wish we could have stayed longer. Food was delicious, walking distance to a beautiful church where we celebrated Palm Sunday services!

The hotel building is a old Italian building that has been renovated too a high standard with a modern bathrooms, but also has been decorated to in a way that reflects its history. The staff are are versed in English, are friendly and respectful and love to help in any they can. The restaurant may be a bit expensive for some, but well worth a try as the food is amazing. I only thing that could be improved in my opinion is the variaty in the breakfast buffet. Besides that, I will be returning this hotel if I ever visit this area of Italy again

Lovely hote, l full of character Nice spacious room, comfortable bed Would definitely come back. Handy for Torino airport although it took a long time to get a taxi to pick us up.

We stayed for 2 nights to attend a family reunion. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed and good shower. We had breakfast included and there was lots of variety and a lovely courtyard to enjoy it in.The only problem we had with our stay was the noise. This appears to be a popular place for weddings as there was one each of the nights we stayed. Our room was situated above the kitchen area, so even after the celebrations concluded, we faced another several hours of cleanup and load out noise. We did like the hotel and would stay again, but would select our room location to minimize the noise factor.

This is a remodeled old property. It has a bit of a dated feel but it's location to the airport and excellent restaurant makes it a great choice for the day before a morning flight.

We noticed a pond near the swimming pool with chain-linked fence, is there a reason why there is a pond? It harbors mosquitos and we've had several mosquito bites.
