only issue i had really was the food was mostly luke warm, other than that no complaints

Large resort hotel with plenty of amenities. Pleasant bar facing the beach. Central location in Albir. We enjoyed our stay.

We have just returned from a short stay at the hotel. It's a fabulous hotel with super friendly staff and right on the seafront. It was so good, we are booking another stay.

I had a lovely room. However Expedia clients appear to be serviced last.

Nice big clean room ..however ..most uncomfortable beds. They need replacing ..the creaking noises were horrendous..only way to stop this was to sleep upside down in the bed..not good. View was fantastic Hotel decor could do with a spruce up. Staff were fabulous

A great location on the beach front and walkable distance from all amenities. We have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions as we've always been happy and content here. We do feel tbe rooms could do with some updating now though! There was a kettle, rwo cups and saucers two bottles of complimentary water but no coffee or tea bags which we found very odd. Friends were staying here at the same time as us and the same situation in their room so we knew it wasn't that they had been forgotten to be added ro the T-tray. I would say the breakfast was just ok...plenty to choose from but still just ok. This hotel is definitely more suitable for middle aged or elderly people. As the entertainment is certainly not for the younger generation. I Would recommend this hotel 👍

The room and bathroom are a god size and clean, comfortable bed, but tired, there are cups and kettle in the room, but no coffee, tea or milk. The price is very good and the Albir area is a very nice place to visit

A good view of the sea. Nice staff. Clean room. Had to ask reception for extra pillows 3 times, i requested extra pillows when i booked room. Uncomfortable bed, Uncomfortable pillows. No direct view of tv from the bed.

The room was spacious and clean, staff in all departments were courteous and friendly excellent location

The hotel was fantastic. Was clean and tidy. The surrounding area had plenty of restaurants and bars to visit. Staff were friendly.

Calidad-Precio no balanceada.

A hotel stuck in the 90s that charges modern luxury hotel rates. I've never stayed at a hotel charging 350 plus a night to have a room as outdated as this hotel. The rooms furniture looks to be 15 to 25 years old. The AC in our room was not very good at all. The washroom was surprisingly large and decent which is a plus. The pool area is nice but even the lobby and lounge areas look to be 25 years old. Once again, based on what we are paying, unless it's based on location, in which that is amazing, I wouldn't ever return to this hotel for the value.

Away from benidorm craziness, clean, beach on the door step, overall good
