Excellent service

Our room was great, the staff attentive, food was excellent and location was perfect. Couldn't have found a better place to stay in Beaune. Highly recommend this property.

Just outstanding. Our 2nd time here and it didn’t disappoint. Helpful staff, outstanding touches for family and was sooo relaxing

clean and friendly service. The hotel seems old and in need of renovation. Would be more like 3.5 star-4 start hotel. too Strech to call this a five-star hotel.

Wonderful stay

Loved cèdre - can’t say enough about the attentive service, the library to read by the fire, and walking to everything beautiful Beaune offers. Merci mille fois!!!

Beautiful property, very good location, and great service all add up to a great stay in Beaune

Jean Yves was amazing! He did practically everything around the hotel. He was so helpful and always with a smile! The spa was very disappointing. We were told we could use the hot tub but when we got there, they said it wasn’t available and we needed an appt. Our massages were also disappointing.

Such a lovely stay, couldn't recommend more! Staff were accommodating and helpful and they really had thought of all the small details. Lovely rooms, close to the town...would definitely go back!

One of the loveliest hotels I’ve been to in France. It was peaceful and relaxing. The garden was charming. The rooms were beautiful and the staff were the epitome of good service, friendliness and warmth.

Excellent hotel in Beaune in Burgundy. Great service and easy access to wineries and downtown shops and restaurants

We had a lovely room and really enjoyed our stay. Any issues (and there we not many) were resolved immediately by the team and manager who was excellent. If in Beaune again, we shall return

A truly unique and magnificent stay. Extraordinarily helpful staff. Wonderful amenities. Bravo. 5-star all the way.

Starting with the correspondence prior to our arrival to the moment we checked out the service was impeccable! The hotel is located perfectly for walking to old town and the e-bike I rented was amazing for riding in the vineyards. We enjoyed the people and the accommodations. Excellent all round

Great location and settings, impeccable service

Un très bon accueil, endroit sublime et reposant. Nous avons malheureusement dû partir tôt et n’avons pas pu profiter des environs et de tous les services de l’hôtel mais nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
